Customer service is always great at this branch! Always very nice and friendly. One of the loan specialists personally took me into a side office and walked me through the steps of setting up an account online and answering all the questions I had. I had horrible service with the 5/3rd across the street and marched over here angry to switch banks. By the time I left I was smiling, laughing, and in a good mood. Anytime I've encountered a problem they have been very prompt & professional. I am only doing a two star because if you don't have any questions and don't need to speak to anyone everything will go just fine. Other than that if I have a question or have issues they like to treat you with disrespect. We also talked and left a message asking about mortgage info and we had to call back a couple days later to finally talk to someone and all they did was transfer our call to a different Huntington bank. I have had huntington bank for 15 years with no problems but since they closed the one close to me I have had to go to this one and have had problems. They either send me to a different bank are they treat me bad and I go to a different location where they help me just fine. read more

I always find this Huntington Bank to be friendly in terms of service. They are always quick and precise.

Huntington is the worst bank in the world. Their IT process is totally updated, takes three days from depositing in an ATM to get it to your account to be used. Waited ten minutes to talk to someone about my credit card and then they had to transfer me to the credit card company. Poorly trained managers, nice tellers but everything else is so low class. read more
