The electrician, who later came out, checked the service and it was fine. I contacted Jimmy at All Knowledge Pool Service, and he was able to determine the sensors were keeping the hot tub from staying on. He further found a problem with the motor wiring that caused a "flo" error related to the first technician misconnecting the motor following his trouble shooting efforts. Communication with Jimmy was excellent throughout the process and I'm happy to have a working hot tub again.

Would we recommend Corbin Whitlaw / Tier One Pools?  No!  For starters, our project kept getting…read morepushed back.  It was initially supposed to start on 7/28 but didn't actually get started until 9/4.  Corbin was only on site one time, and that was for about 15 minutes towards the end of the build.  His crew was great to work with but they couldn't make some of the decisions that needed to be made. Corbin took us to see the same pool design at another location and we liked the way it looked.  However, the bubblers on their tanning ledge were in a direct line while ours are offset.  This affects the way we can set our lounge chairs.  They installed the wrong heater.  We paid for a 400 BTU and they installed a 250 BTU.  It was also for natural gas and we have propane, which they knew because they dug the hole for the propane tank!  Once this was pointed out to them they said they would not do any more work until we made the final payment!  Per the contract, the final payment isn't due until the work is complete. After that, Corbin and his crew ghosted us.  They also left us with a green pool and we had to hire someone to clean it.  They couldn't believe they'd left our pool like that and they were surprised how much gravel was in the bottom of the pool. We finally had to get an attorney to help us get the job finished.  Now Corbin is ghosting us again on warranty work because we have issues on the equipment and he is not going to provide us with any answers.  We've, once again, had to get our attorney involved. One other thing:  Tier One Pools did NOT build our pool house.  They poured the concrete slab but that was it.  His ad implies they built the "complete backyard experience."  That is completely false.  There are also reviews on his page from crew members and ex girlfriend's who have NOT had pools installed.

First, I asked him about checking the chemicals in the pool, he laughed and said that he doesn't need those strips since he's been doing it for 15 years. He can just look at it to conclude what it needs. My pool water was clear before he started anything, then he proceeded in dumping some chemicals which turned my water cloudy. Unfortunately one of the young men that works there I believe it's Tim's son does not like me I feel because of my political views. For context like everybody in Oklahoma City over the past four years have had lots of problems with algae blooms and we all shared my frustrations but when I was in there earlier this year I think his name is Jordan told me to wait outside the "testing"area. After 10 minutes my back was killing me ( I am 65 years old) so I stepped inside and sat on the stool. He continued to help the customer another 10 minutes then a lady walked in at which point he walked right around me and went up to help her; I was really angry. I saw Daniel and quite honestly dumped my frustration on him telling him to come back and help me with my testing. It devolved from there with Daniel yelling at me because I called him Dan then Jordan walked by with a condescending voice telling me I could leave if I didn't like it. After four years of algae blooms, green pool and lots of new filter medium/chemicals I learned all the chemistry and had the pool balanced perfectly. No more problems I simply wanted them to test my water for phosphates because even though I had hired a pool guy I was still going to buy all my chemicals from Leisure Time. A few months ago I was trying to purchase a $1500 pump from them but they would not return my calls so I guess I've been banned from the store; don't care but really do not like dealing with Leslie's Pools. I write this review to apologize to Daniel he had no knowledge of what transpired before our conversation.
