If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. Took these idiots 6 months of not working, several times coming out to discover (from a tech out of Texas) to realize that the gas line/pressure was not high enough. I got a plumber out to up the pressure and lo and behold it worked, only to start leaking within 6 months. They sent out a tech only to tell me damage was due to high chlorine (salt water pool) and voided the warranty! And yes Jordan was a total *ss when you try to talk to him. Next issue, my cousin had a heat exchanger replaced and within 2-3 months it's leaking!!! Leisure time would not do anything about it until 2-3 visits to the store when "Mr. Friendly" Jordan decided to have a repair tech come out to his house. I was at the house along with my cousin when the tech took the heater apart and it clearly was broke at a seam in the heat exchanger, all 3 of us witnessed this along with a video we took. About 3 weeks later my cousin finds out voided warranty because of no back flow preventer? I called Jordan had explained that the video shows a back flow preventer?? "We only go on our techs word and the warranty is void!!! People please, do not purchase anything from these people, they will find any reason to Void your warranty, even if they have to make something us to void it as in both of these issues. The funny thing as I'm typing it my phone shows a comment under the comment that says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! If you can see from Mr. friendly Jordan's response, it's all about lie and deny. The technician never tested my water level to see the chemical level! I was there when he showed up. As far as my cousin's pool heater myself, my cousin and the technician all seen the seam leaking in the pool heater. All three of us agreed that it must've been a manufacturers defect because it was on a seam! However, Jordan wants to push the blame onto Hayward to make himself clear from the damages. Which I understand it's not leisure times fault, but Hayward's for a faulty heat exchanger. However, the technician said they were going to send the heat exchanger back to leisure time to have it inspected. So Mr. Jordan, who then inspected the heat exchanger? If the technician said it was going back to your shop to be tested. Final word on this leisure time will lie and deny any type of warranty claims. And they're not the friend list bunch of people when you go in!

Would we recommend Corbin Whitlaw / Tier One Pools?  No!  For starters, our project kept getting…read morepushed back.  It was initially supposed to start on 7/28 but didn't actually get started until 9/4.  Corbin was only on site one time, and that was for about 15 minutes towards the end of the build.  His crew was great to work with but they couldn't make some of the decisions that needed to be made. Corbin took us to see the same pool design at another location and we liked the way it looked.  However, the bubblers on their tanning ledge were in a direct line while ours are offset.  This affects the way we can set our lounge chairs.  They installed the wrong heater.  We paid for a 400 BTU and they installed a 250 BTU.  It was also for natural gas and we have propane, which they knew because they dug the hole for the propane tank!  Once this was pointed out to them they said they would not do any more work until we made the final payment!  Per the contract, the final payment isn't due until the work is complete. After that, Corbin and his crew ghosted us.  They also left us with a green pool and we had to hire someone to clean it.  They couldn't believe they'd left our pool like that and they were surprised how much gravel was in the bottom of the pool. We finally had to get an attorney to help us get the job finished.  Now Corbin is ghosting us again on warranty work because we have issues on the equipment and he is not going to provide us with any answers.  We've, once again, had to get our attorney involved. One other thing:  Tier One Pools did NOT build our pool house.  They poured the concrete slab but that was it.  His ad implies they built the "complete backyard experience."  That is completely false.  There are also reviews on his page from crew members and ex girlfriend's who have NOT had pools installed.

I ordered flooring from Lumber Liquidators which was then sub-contracted out to The Floor Gallery (aka A & A Flooring- the same company but does the installing of their sales). I cannot stress enough how AWFUL my experience with them was. It was truly a nightmare. Please, please, please save yourself the heartache and take your business somewhere else. I am in the military and inform everyone I work with to beware of this company, as they have absolutely zero integrity or work ethic. I had my flooring installed 3 separate times because they hired a 3rd independent contractor (Lumber Liquidators ----The Floor Gallery --- Independent contractor/crew) who was not sufficiently trained and destroyed the floors that were originally ordered. The first time they installed the flooring, within hours the flooring was popping up everywhere! Each and every single plank was raised and separated from the foundation and the installed quarter-round and shoe moulding was not even secured. Two days later, they sent the same crew (who clearly was not trained on installing this type of flooring) out to "fix" the floors. The solution they chose involved only a hammer and a blow torch. They merely burned and hammered down each and every plank --which ruined the entire floor with burn marks and indentions. As a result they had to re-order the flooring. I should mention that the crew that was in my home was not professional at all. They were clearly angry that they had been called back out to fix the shoddy job and made comments saying my floors were cheap and commented on pictures hanging on the walls. They asked inappropriate personal questions about my personal life and completely insulted me. When I reported this to the owner he further insulted me insinuating that I was racist. Being that half of my family is hispanic and bi-racial I can think of no greater insult. After waiting over a month for the re-ordered flooring to come in, the owner wanted to send the SAME crew a 3rd time back out, stating "I owed them the opportunity to fix it". Frankly, no sane person would allow a crew that was insulting, unprofessional, and clearly lacking the needed skills back in their home again. The very idea that I "owed" it to them is comical. I had to argue multiple times with the owner and insist a new crew return to install the floors a 3rd time. Following the third install, the owner returned for the inspection and observed several things like damage to the door threshold stating he would have someone return later to repair them. By that time I just wanted nothing to do with this company and signed off that the job was complete. It was not surprising that I never heard form the owner to make those repairs. If you are thinking of using The Floor Gallery for your new flooring please take these words of caution seriously. I saved for years to have these floors installed and this experience was scarring.

When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. Jake was booked, but he rearranged his schedule and came first thing the next morning. They rerouted the leaking pipe through the hall cabinets. They finished within a few hours.
