My lawyer charged her with civil theft for doing this but she sent back the letter unopened. She called animal services because I had more dogs than allowed in my air conditioned kennel. We rehome the dogs but she still kept my service dog and all my money. Stay far away from her dishonesty. She is a disgrace to all veterans. read more

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a 10-month-old labrador, Bear, from this company. The dog smelled horrific. We paid $1500 for the dog. We asked if he had any allergy issues, which she said "no." Our Veterinarian to check him out. He was noted to have "matted hair, strong malodor, moist dermatitis with purulent discharge open wound contiguous with previous metal choke collar placement at kennel, erythema and mild exudate interdigital regions bilateral/all four paws, and 2 scabbing lesions on scrotum." Care of an animal includes baths, clean living/sleeping areas, proper vet care for health issues as well as food and water. This 10-month-old puppy that we purchased was obviously neglected by Alexandra and her staff. To run a business and neglect an innocent animal in your care who cannot care for itself is completely disgusting! I pray that the other 2 females who did not meet the criteria to be a service dog in your care get placed in loving and caring homes soon. read more
