We did the 2 week board & train package, and the transformation was amazing! In just a fortnight, Roux went from being a 75 pound meat missile that bowled over everything in his path, to possessing a calmness and a spatial awareness that I didn't even think was possible. Sarah was in contact with me the whole time, sending video updates everyday of their progress. She even brought Roux out to a couple of my jobsites to work with us hands on. All of my friends and colleagues were amazed by how well behaved he had become. We still have quite a bit of work to do before we can get to where he will be able to be off leash at the shop, but Sarah laid such a strong foundation of training that I know we'll get there pretty quickly. My family and I can't thank her enough. The calmness she provided has made life for all of us, including Roux, so much more enjoyable. Thank you Sarah!

After my previous dog walker was unable to continue her services, I found Leia's online and called in desperation for a dog walker within a 2 days notice. Keith and Leslie set me up with a meet and greet appointment the following day and were able to get walking with my dog the day after! I trust them with my dog and in my home, as they are retired correctional officers; licensed, insured, & bonded; and provide receipts. The first day they came to walk my dog, they even brought him a new toy. I was nervous the first day Keith came to care for my dog, so I looked in my safety camera and found him hugging my dog. Sorry to snap the pic below Keith, but if this doesn't say how kind they are I don't know what will! *In desperation with a hurricane on the way, I realized I left two chairs and a table on my patio. Being on vacation, I called Leia's and begged them to stop by for whatever cost to bring my porch items inside. They were happy to help and saved my from making a 4+ hour trip back home to make my home safe.
