This experience with Service Relief did not go well and still isn't fully resolved…read more First I called several weeks ago to schedule what I thought would be a minor job. No call back after a full week. I finally schedule service and the first service tech is unable to resolve the issue and says he will need to order parts. I get a date when they will come back and end up with a service tech that replaces the faucet and shower head and leaves me with a dripping shower faucet and a hole in the wall that I tells me I need to get an access cover with no real details. He also tells me that since they can't replace the fixtures in my bathroom sink I need to purchase a new vanity and faucet. Mind you over the several days that it took to come out the second time these items could have been ordered and at my home or ready for pick up. On the scheduled day of the third appointment I get a call as I am leaving work to get home for the service that indicates the service tech has an emergency and can't make it. On the fourth day I get several calls from scheduling about where to pick up the items I ordered and then finally requesting the order number. Two techs arrive to install the new vanity and faucet. During the install they started talking about me or another customer while in my bathroom. After all this they try to convince me that my shower faucet isn't leaking and then say if it starts to they can come back. In addition after they left I found two of my towels balled up on the floor wet and with debris in them. They never asked to use these towels for this purpose. My shower faucet is still dripping. At least I have new fixtures and a new vanity.

Installed boiler and 2 months later the automatic feeder stopped working -- i called them out and…read morethe technician told me just turn on the water valve and add water -- this is normal. I've been doing that monthly for a year only to find out from another technician that this is ABSOLUTELY not normal and the feeder was broken from the inception. Service relief came out today and denied all responsibility because of course the 1 year warranty has expired. example # 2 -- prior to boiler installation called service releif out to check my AC unit in back yard. SAME technician told me your unit needs to be replaced and will cost like 12 grand -- i ordered a new fan from EBAY and installed it myself and unit has been working fine for last 2 years !!!! He was friendly (he is foreign so maybe a little direct) and well priced. Some of the other electricians I called basically just told me a flat rate for them to come over. When I wanted the new electrical panel. One guy was like 5k the other 3k without ever even coming to my home. A lot of people didn't want to do the bathroom fan job because it was too small of a job and they had to go into a crawl space to get in my attic. He did it. 3rd time was the EV charger. I didn't call anyone else. Guy is my go to for electrical work. Was going to use the person the Chevy dealership recommended. I asked him if he did EV chargers. He said he did and came a few days later to install it. Each time gave me a quote and stuck to it. Might have used him for other small jobs but those are the main 3 I remember. I would defiantly recommend. I don't normally review but find the 1 star review kind of odd. How do you know he black if you didn't use him? Or why does that even matter in a review.

In each case, I was treated with the utmost professionalism (not sure what some of these other posters are talking about here!). I continue to use their services and I will do so well into the future. I cannot laud them enough! For the record, the reason for the approximate three separate dealings over about two years or more is related to issues with the unit, and NOT their poor workmanship. In each case, the team took care of me right away, including a few days before Christmas, when I had water in my basement from the heating unit and NO heat or hot water! They fit me into their schedule and we had a warm holiday! In each incident, they worked diligently to secure the part from the manufacturer and came to my home as soon as possible thereafter. Each time, they managed to get the unit working again until the new replacement part arrived. I have now decided to replace the unit and stop dumping funds into this six-year old unit that has been what I would call a "lemon," since day 1. While the unit was under warranty (5-years), I could deal with paying their labor fees instead of replacing the unit, but now I must pay for the parts and the labor and it became cost prohibitive when compared to the installation of a new unit. I have had dealings with the team with credit cards over the phone, cash payments in person, and they are always pleasant, respectful and conscientious. For the few naysayers, everyone has a bad day, every once in a while, and the customer does not always understand THEY may be having a bad day and how it affects those with whom they are dealing. I find KAEBLE Energy to be honest and they have always proven to me they are there to me help me in my time of need. I will continue to support this company for the foreseeable future.
