I have used three times…read more Once to install my electrical panel(6 years ago), install a fan in my bathroom(2023) and another time to install my EV charger(in 2025) that was 100-150 feet away from the electrical panel. He was friendly (he is foreign so maybe a little direct) and well priced. Some of the other electricians I called basically just told me a flat rate for them to come over. When I wanted the new electrical panel. One guy was like 5k the other 3k without ever even coming to my home. A lot of people didn't want to do the bathroom fan job because it was too small of a job and they had to go into a crawl space to get in my attic. He did it. 3rd time was the EV charger. I didn't call anyone else. Guy is my go to for electrical work. Was going to use the person the Chevy dealership recommended. I asked him if he did EV chargers. He said he did and came a few days later to install it. Each time gave me a quote and stuck to it. Might have used him for other small jobs but those are the main 3 I remember. When we attempted to turn on our air conditioner it didn't work. Checking the breaker box I could…read morenot see a problem. I also noticed that the TV in the same room shut off as well. So it appeared we had an obvious electrical issue. I called Lonnie and he arrive within an hour. He checked the breaker box and stated that the issue was not with the breaker box. He checked the room where the TV and air conditioner were located and examined the 2 outlets that were not working. Lonnie then found that the outlet that caused the problem was in fact working, but was not sending current downline to the outlets not working. He fixed the problem by replacing the faulty outlet. Within a few hours from my call to Lonnie resolved the problem and charged a reasonable amount. By the way it was extremely hot and humid, but that did not stop him from resolving the issue. Great job Lonnie!

We needed a GFCI outlet installed in the kitchen of my daughter's house in West Hartford, not a huge project, but Josh said he could come out and give us a price. He came the next day, confirmed prior to coming, and most importantly showed up exactly when he said he would show up. Price was more than fair, so after agreeing he went ahead and finished the job that day. Work was excellent, work area was clean, and the whole experience was beyond pleasant.
