I've been coming here for years, so, perhaps, I'm prejudiced, but, no matter which of the many…read morebarbers I get, I always leave completely satisfied. Now, it may also be that I get an old-school, "regular," haircut, which may make it easy on them, but, I am never rushed, no matter how many people are waiting (avoid Fridays and Saturdays! (same as any barber)), and am treated well. I'm not a chatter, so, they may engage me at the beginning with light banter, but, they realize I don't want it, so they stop. The barbers range in age, and there are even women barbers. As far as I'm aware (and have seen), they can do most styles, shaves, trims, etc; they do kids, and I've even seen them work on a woman! They'll even give you a hot towel upon request (I'm not sure if that's extra; I got one without having asked for it, but didn't pay extra for it; it felt great, but, I don't need it). The only "negative" I can think of is that, sometimes, they (and I) forget to do the ear hair, which is difficult for me to do at home with my trim razor (you can't cut what you can't see!). The cost has gone up a bit over the years, but, to get what I want without frou-frou nonsense or upselling or breaking the bank (under $20) is worth it! And I always give a $2 tip, which, from what I've seen, is double what they get from most people! I hope they stay in business for years to come! (and, for the record, though they might recognize me, they wouldn't know me from Adam . . . or his hair!) ;)

Mark paid little attention to what I asked for, played LOUD music, did only an ok-ish job on hair and beard. I don't need any styling, just a basic trim.
