Back in May their employee notice a serious problem, something I would not have noticed and could have severely injured me, apparently there had been an arc. Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.
