The main piece of the cufflink popped off when I was taking it out of the package for the first time. I immediately contacted Buy4LessTuxedo and the only solution the provided was to replace the item after I returned it. I explained that these are for a wedding and I didn't have time to return an item, wait for them to verify that the item with the missing piece that I sent them a picture of did in fact have a missing piece, and then wait for them to send me a replacement (that is probably just as cheap). They didn't offer another solution, and it took 3 days for them to respond to 1 email. So I superglued the gem back into the cufflink like the cheap garbage it is, and moved on to the million other things that I needed to do before my wedding.
