If you're tired of someone giving you a flat bill with only verbal explanations of what was done, Chill Out AC is who you need. They have the most professional service, excellent communication, and a great invoicing platform. They are professional and transparent - you know what they're doing and what they're charging so you know its a fair price. I always recommended them to friends who asked, but after I moved and tried a new company, everyone should know the high standard that Chill Out AC brings.

Chill Out did all the HVAC work on my house in New Orleans (home was completely gutted and it was a brand new system) in August of 2020. I bought and moved into the house 2 months later. I have been getting super sick for the last year over and over and couldn't figure out why. Most of the symptoms are in my lungs. After I started to notice black mold coming out of my bathroom air vent (photo below) I decided to have an inspection and a mold test done to check if this could be the reason that could be making me sick. The report came back saying they found lots of mold (probably pretty common I'm sure in NOLA) including mold that is toxic. The report also stated that the cause of the extent of the mold was the poor workmanship of the installation of the HVAC System (screenshot of report in photos). I sent ChillOut the full copy of the report and they responded with a bunch of excuses. Not what I was expecting either. Would 100% not recommend using them to do any work in your house so proceed at your own risk.
