"we take check or cash, as their credit card machine is down. We do take zelle also. Most banks use it." The two men left with the check and several days later I did not get any updates. I called Central Minnesota Appliance Repair. They would not answer and their phone goes straight to voicemail. My check has been cashed, but I cannot get any response from the company. They are Bean irresponsible enough that I suspect this is a fraudulent transaction. I am out $441!!!! The Better Business Bureau suspects they are bankrupt - AVOID!

Did not knock on the door, actually just walked in the house with no notice. Upon finishing work on the washer proceeded to walk into my kitchen with his shoes on, like he owned the place. He then proceeded to sit at my table, when he pulled out the chair he hit the wall leaving a small divot. He proceeded to tell me that the wiring was not to code and I must not have hired a licensed electrician when I actually did hire a licensed company. Many times he said he was given me a deal. He was rude from start to finish. When I was able to get my dryer hooked up it was warm but very noisey. He would not fix it without a complete charge. I would not hire this company again. The cost was not unrealistic, but the service was less than ideal.

However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.
