I hired this company to fix my washer and dryer. The man who came to my house to service my washer…read moreand return the dryer I dropped off. Did not reinstall the dryer. Did not knock on the door, actually just walked in the house with no notice. Upon finishing work on the washer proceeded to walk into my kitchen with his shoes on, like he owned the place. He then proceeded to sit at my table, when he pulled out the chair he hit the wall leaving a small divot. He proceeded to tell me that the wiring was not to code and I must not have hired a licensed electrician when I actually did hire a licensed company. Many times he said he was given me a deal. He was rude from start to finish. When I was able to get my dryer hooked up it was warm but very noisey. He would not fix it without a complete charge. I would not hire this company again. The cost was not unrealistic, but the service was less than ideal.

I put back on the parts the serviceman said were bad, I'm a plumber and knew what was wrong with it. No apology from the company. Nothing but crooks. 6 hours to replace pressure switch ( 3 tubes to unplug and two screws to screw in) and install a new thermostat ( two wires and mount to wall) , thief's of a company. On top of that I had to take off their parts and install mine back on and told me well that comes with owning a home. Guess hiring someone to do it means that you have to redo it after comfort systems leaves. It's a crime to falsify to a customer that they need new parts when they don't. They looked at the machine for about 15 minutes together and said they would need to order a part. They asked for a down payment. I gave them a check, as they claimed. "we take check or cash, as their credit card machine is down. We do take zelle also. Most banks use it." The two men left with the check and several days later I did not get any updates. I called Central Minnesota Appliance Repair. They would not answer and their phone goes straight to voicemail. My check has been cashed, but I cannot get any response from the company. They are Bean irresponsible enough that I suspect this is a fraudulent transaction. I am out $441!!!! The Better Business Bureau suspects they are bankrupt - AVOID!
