Lobby includes comfortable seating areas, business center and work desks with charge ports and breakfast dining areas. Coffee/tea/cocoa were always available. This area was kept very clean throughout of stay. Luggage carts are stored behind a wall near the business center. Public restrooms, water fountain, gym and a very clean guest laundry are down the hallway near the business center. Hotel market includes soft drinks, snacks and some OTC items. Our check-in, after dinner hours, was very brisk. Reception staff were all business, no smiles or small talk while getting our information. Once we had fulfilled all our duties (ID, credit card, car type and color, sign form) we got one key (for 2 ppl) w/a smile and told the breakfast hours. Check out was much the same. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the breakfast attendant gave us a cheery "Good morning" each day. The elevator is clean and works well but not up to date on it's inspection. Each floor has a huge floor number on the wall across from the elevator so you quickly know if you are on the correct floor. Signs near the elevators point the way. Our room was close to the elevator but we were not bothered by any noise. Ice machine is around the corner from the elevator. The King room is spacious, as is the bathroom. A vestibule acts as a transition from bedroom and bathroom. Here you'll find a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice bucket, mirror and a small shelf. The bathroom includes a large shower stall with a small ledge for personal care items and another for your foot. Provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner are multi-use mounted to the wall. Shower head has three positions and is the water saving type. Plenty of hot water right away. Vanity counter space was abundant and a towel bar for hand towels is just below the sink. Multi-use hand soap and body lotion bottles are mounted to the wall by the light switch. A bathroom vent/fan is available on a separate switch and a blue nightlight automatically illuminates in the dark. A towel rack for bath towels is appreciated and one towel hook we used for a toiletries bag. The hair dryer is in a bag hanging from that hook behind the door. Towels were soft and absorbent. The bed is very soft and good quality with four king sized pillow and soft linen. I prefer a firm mattress and put a feather pillow under my back to add support which worked well for me. A large TV , closet with safe, suitcase area and desk take up one wall. Heat/AC control is on a wall. It was quick to respond and wasn't overly noisy. A chaise lounge and side table round out the room. A 'sun shade' and room darkening shade cover the window. These are retracted via chains mounted on one side. Breakfast was very good quality. Large coffee cups (w/o that waxy coating) and a nice brew. Coffee creamers, many teas, honey and cocoa available here as well. We used milk from the refrigerator for our morning coffees. You will also find butter, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. Hot foods included scrambled eggs or cheese omelets, sausage, including turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, daily. Bagels, muffins and breads area with toaster, a selection of cold cereals, juices and a pancake maker were available daily. Condiments like hot sauce or jelly were by the breads. Each area is nicely spaced. Plenty of seating options with two TV shows running: news or HGTV. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The entire facility is clean, including the public restroom. Lots of parking plus public EV chargers. Within walking distance of the outlet mall where there is plenty of shopping and a few restaurants. Five minute drive to Downtown Woodstock. If we find ourselves in the area again we would stay here.

The Non-Room Items: The hotel seemed to have plenty of parking spaces in a well lit lot, with a beautiful lobby, featuring a cool waterfall, and plenty of seating. There were several meeting rooms, clean restrooms, a pool and fitness center, and an incredibly good onsite restaurant (though it was somewhat expensive). The complementary breakfast was also well above average. The hallways were clean and well maintained with ice machines and guest laundry, and the staff were super friendly. The Room: I had room 733, and it was very nice, with high end furnishes, and a great design. The room featured a living room at the front, with a pull out couch, followed by a wet bar and bathroom, with a nice shower enclosure. Through a door was a bedroom, with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and comfortable. The only thing I could nitpick was one of the toilet seat fastener covers was missing, but it was clean so no big deal. As a Whole: I was able to get this hotel for a very good price for the area (and quality of the room) and found it to be in an extremely convenient location, making it a great choice!!

This has to be the worst Choice Property, I've ever stayed at. I'm giving them two stars because…read morethe lady who checked me in was super nice and sweet. Sooo...to start off, I booked this room for Super Bowl Weekend, because I didn't want to pay jacked up prices because it's Super Bowl Weekend. What I didn't know was, I was going to get a room that smelled horrible, didn't have any hot water, and was going to have to deal with a front desk person who acted like a hoodrat. I didn't have time to complain on yesterday, because I had somewhere to be by a certain time and after driving 12 hours, I just wanted to take a nap. This morning I called the front desk, and was told by Melissa (or whatever her name is), that because it was cold outside, the water wouldn't get hot until after 30 minutes. I informed her that it was nearly 60 degrees outside, so that wasn't a reason to NOT have any hot water. So, she said she would send maintenance up, needless to say, maintenance still hasn't shown up. My husband went to the front desk and said another guest was complaining about not having any hot water, and she was telling him the same BS. I ended up going down, to see about getting some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and she told me that they don't do that here! LIES!! As a Diamond Member, I know what Choice do and don't do. So, maybe she should be retrained or fired because I don't think she wanted to be at work today. Her attitude was garbage and clicking your fingernails as you talk to people, typically gets your ass slapped. I ended up calling Choice Guest Relations, and was told someone should get back with me by the end of the day, annnd it's now 11pm, and I haven't heard from anyone. Goes to show how the owner and GM feels about their guest. I guarantee I won't stay here again. I truly regret spending my money here. Housekeeping didn't come, there isn't even an iron or ironing board, so now I have to walk around wrinkled . Beware of this place!! Oh! One more thing, the towels that are provided in the kitchenette, needs to be replaced. They look disgusting. Oh! I forgot to mention the roach that was in the toilet when we first got to the hotel. Then tonight, there was another one crawling on the toilet seat. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to booking a room here.

We were greeted by a very friendly clerk who welcomed us and gave us our Honors treats. Our room was clean and had all the amenities necessary except a micro wave. It had a small fridge which was nice, but a micro wave would have been handy to have. It is a very quiet location. Breakfast in the morning was fair. The hot offering was eggs, potatoes and sausage. The eggs were tasteless and waterery. They were sitting in water. The potatoes were also tasteless. The sausage was the only thing that was actually edible. We were also disappointed that they did not offer the Fresh Baked Cookies that most Hamptons do. We will return to the other Hampton location on our next trip through.

We will be staying with our usual hotel, not this one. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average to below average. Please offer almond milk as a dairy alternative for coffee and cereal/oatmeal. Pleased that breakfast goes to 10am daily. Coffee approximated warm (needed to be fresher) and was available 24/7. Despite seeing housekeeping in the hallway (they were friendly as well) and asking for more towels, we didn't receive any housekeeping services at all. We needed to ask the front desk when we returned at night for more towels. The hotel needs some TLC and maintenance to repair some cosmetic issues. There were no working shades in our room, adjustments were to be made by the binder clips holding the curtains in place. This was a first. Binder clips? Yes indeed. Door to the bathroom is sliding barn door style with a 1" gap all the way at around, offering absolutely no privacy. Shower curtain was hung a couple inches too high, so it did not stay inside tub while showering. Plenty of parking. Lots of better alternatives in the area to n my opinion.
