I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! My wife has Alzheimer's and I cannot tell you how much time this saves me from washing pots and pans and dishes.

This morning, I called several places, but no one answered except one Rouse. I spoke with Ken and explained the issue. He said he would be at my house between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and arrived around 12 p.m. He checked everything out and found that our thermostat was causing most of the problems. An appointment was made and several days later the old furnace was taken out and a new furnace was installed in less than 4 hours. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Bottom line: price quoted and installation met with no surprises. Clean space left with all old items and leftover stuff removed. When I got home from work, the AC unit was still not working. I contacted them and the owner was at my house within 20 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Upon packing up, he went and got the check my wife had written earlier in the day and told us because of the error, he was not charging us anything. We tried to argue that his time was valuable but he was hearing none of it and wouldn't accept anything for fixing our problem. I won't use anyone else from this point on. Honesty and integrity hard to find these days and when you run across them, you keep it close by.
