HORRIBLE rental company…read more They refuse to comply with their own rules and regulations. I signed my lease at first in March of 2025. I was in a dv situation resulting in the removal and order of protection against the second tenant on our lease. TRICON refused to remove said tenant even when the court order stated he was no longer allowed at address... TRICON refused to submit proper documents to said tenant and stated it was my responsibility to contact an individual that I was court ordered to stay away from and have zero contact with... Jump to a year later they want to send me a lease renewal, I attempted to sign and add a new tenant. They neglect to respond back to me. They neglect to submit proper paperwork for my renewal and now they want to illegally make my rent payment 300 more than the month to month price they themselves quoted me do not rent from these scam artists they don't even do their jobs and just want your money. Not to mention I pay for a smart home and NOTHING about this home is smart. The amenities I pay extra for are non functioning. Save your money and save your family the hassle my three girls and I deserve way better than what this company has put us through.
