They were able to get us a same-day appointment, which we honestly didn't expect during a busy holiday weekend and heat wave. We also have a baby at home and were starting to worry about his room getting too warm, so getting everything fixed quickly was a huge relief. Our technician, Alex, was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough the whole time. He even wore protective boot covers inside the house, which we really appreciated. Alex quickly figured out the issue and explained that our capacitor had failed, so power wasn't properly reaching the condenser. He walked us through everything in a way that was easy to understand and showed us exactly what was going on. Once we approved the repair, he replaced the part quickly and kept running additional checks to make sure everything was working properly. He checked the refrigerant levels, made sure both cooling zones were working correctly, and even came inside to measure the temperature difference between the return and supply vents to confirm the system was cooling like it should.
