The communication leading up to the event was excellent, giving me total peace of mind. On the day of the party, the bus actually arrived early! It was impeccably clean, smelled brand new, and came fully stocked with soda and water on ice. Our driver was fantastic--so professional, nice, and accommodating. Dallas Friends, DO NOT use Silver Image Transportation!! I repeat DO NOT USE SILVER IMAGE…read moreTRANSPORTATION!!! We rented a limo, for school use, and it broke down, not once, but twice. The first limo broke down when it arrived at school & had the hood up. The driver stated a "brand new white limo with lights" was to arrive. The "brand new" limo never came as they apparently just "repaired" the original limo. We made it to our first destination with a radio full of static. As we were headed to our second destination, the limo broke down with our students in it!!! At this point, the most safe option for us was to get out of the limo and take the kids across 4 lanes to the side of the road, where we stayed for a total of 42 minutes. The driver stated once again that another limo was on the way to get us. We had to call another teacher from our campus to come get us since we had to get the kids back to campus for car pool. Since that day, the company has been giving us the run-around. We submitted the "claim" like we were instructed to do and no one gets back to us or returns our call. Apparently they have to "investigate" but we can never talk to the manager/owner "Aimee." We FINALLY got this response from "Aimee" "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do apologize that the vehicle had a mechanical issue with your group inside it. Sometimes these things happen when you are dealing with vehicles and it becomes inconvenient. It was a battery issue, and was fixed within minutes of me arriving on the scene. A second vehicle was dispatched to come and get you as well as myself and the mechanic headed your way. I was in Garland when I got the call so I was there within 20 minutes. I have pulled the vehicle tracking and see that the time lines do not match as this was not over an hour broke down. You have already taken it upon yourself to discount per minute, therefore I can not offer you any further discount than what you have already taken. We do not charge per minute, we charge per hour blocks. Our tracking shows that you clearly used over 2 hours of of service. The contract that you signed states that you understand you are paying in hour blocks and that you agree to pay the amount listed, which you did not. You have already taken your partial refund. If you would like me to send you a copy of the contract that you signed, just let me know. Have a wonderful day. " We are taking to Facebook first, with our next stop possibly being NBC 5 with our customer complaint. We DO have time-stamped videos as well as pictures of the entire event which show we were broken down for 42 minutes. Please, please, please share this post. All we want right now is our money back and a sincere, appropriate apology. Their website is www.silverimagelimo.com and their phone number is 972.230.8144.

I was really impressed with the drivers... they were both friendly and personable and dressed in company uniforms -- very classy look. I was grateful that the buses arrived early which gave us plenty of time to load up so we weren't late to the game. I also want to shout out Mike who was our point of contact in the office. He helped answer all of our questions ahead of time and made it easy to make a last-minute change to the pickup location. The pricing was extremely competitive. I will definitely be using Avalon for our future transportation needs. Thanks again for a great experience.

Premier Transportation Services is so AWESOME!…read more Laurie, made the booking process so easy! We communicated mainly through email, and she was able to answer all my questions and specific requests before the deposit. I'm so glad they were very patient with me, because I was planning a business event with about 50 people and I had specific details that I needed to address. They are very detailed when it comes reserving and booking, Laurie, was so helpful. After booking and the initial deposit; getting closer to the date event, Premier Transportation would send me multiple emails of confirmations and reminders about the event. So they were really committed with their services. On the day of, I received a reminder call from the driver himself- Jaques. The bus arrived and it was beautiful. Perfect for our theme event. The bus seems like new and modern, really nice inside. Everyone and I was extremely impressed! Its a bus but with a conservative party-bus feel to it haha. I booked the all black coach bus, which I requested for black leather seats. There were blue lights inside, the seats were comfy and didn't stink at all lol Jaques the driver was phenomenal! He's a very skilled driver, so accommodating and patient with us. We're lucky to have him as our driver. They shared me his phone number so, communicating was very easy. He responds quickly through texts and phone call throughout the night. Overall, the experience and quality of service and product was beyond our expectation. I'm looking forward to booking with you guys in the near future!
