I am appreciative that NES is willing to work with us on that They called me after the estimator finished. The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them. I received a prompt response from Randy which was quick to respond to my request and after 1 phone call, Randy said he could come out to the house the very next morning. Randy arrived exactly on time and he was so knowledgeable, respectful and kind, and I immediately felt comfortable talking to Randy. He was thorough and considerate to ensure my home stayed clean. After we discussed what needed to be done, Randy gave me a few quotes on a new air conditioner because he showed me how the motor on mine was about to die. He even added the coolant to see if that would work to buy time, but it was time for a new AC. We have been contemplating for a few months before the air conditioning went out to get a new heating furnace and I've been wanting to get a purifier and and blue light air cleaning system for clean air, and so I brought this up to Randy and he went over very reasonably prices on air conditioners, and heating units and I thought it was to good to be true!! But it was true!! Randy didn't upsale anything!! We were then scheduling a new air conditioner and a a brand new Heating furnace with an air purifier and air cleaner with Blue Light!! It was literally a breath of fresh air to have found Randy!! I scheduled install the very next day! I was expecting to pay for a service call for him coming out for today, and Randy said, "you don't owe me anything today"! I'll see you bright an early tomorrow morning ". Wow!! I knew I found the right company to work with!! That afternoon, I had a question, so I called Randy and he immediately answered his phone. I asked him if it was possible to maybe move the new air conditioner? Instead of telling me yes or no, he said he could come out after a job he was working on, and he took time out of his busy schedule to come back to the house that afternoon to look to see if the air conditioner be moved and my husband was home from work and he was able to talk to him and give him excellent feedback. Not only did he come back, I had a few questions earlier about the purification system, and Randy brought the blue light unit so I could see how it worked!! It was so cool!! When Randy left, both, me and my husband looked at each other and said, "Randy is awesome!! He showed us that he cared!! You don't find that these days!! We were really excited to have found Randy!! The next day, Randy arrived on-time, just like he said he would at 9:00 AM and he introduced us to his worker and team mate where 1 would be working in the basement and other outside. When we met Karla, I knew we were going to be in good hands because as soon as I seen Karla and Randy together, they were ready to go and so insync with each other and ready to start a full day of work. Karla and Randy were so professional and both their expertise was so impressive!! They both took control, and by 5:00 pm, I had a brand new Air conditioner and a brand new heating furnace with an air purification and blue lights in my duct work installed and working beautifully! I could literally smell clean air after trying the furnace and the air was so refreshingly brisk and clean!! I witnessed the best teamwork I have ever seen!! It was so cool watching a father and daughter work effortlessly together, where 1 worked the basement and the other worked the outside where both their expertise Tige together was outstanding and a job so well done!! I can't forget, both went out of their way!! While installing these units, my water heater was next to the furnace, and they noticed a part on my water heater that was rusted out, Randy stopped what he was doing, drove to the store and changed out that piece on my water heater and he didn't even charge me! He seen it and knew it needed fixed and he fixed it!! That showed me how much this company cares!! We had bought a new thermostat for the units at the store and without a question, and within minutes, Karla pulled out her electrical belt and tools and in minutes she had the thermostat hooked up to both units and working effortlessly with the thermostat. We are so impressed with both Randy and Karla!! After the thermostat was installed, it was like clockwork, received a text from Allison who works in the office asking how the work went and took care of the billing! It was awesome!! Everything went flawlessly and they were so attentive to our needs! I received a paid invoice with printed out Manuel's and warranties for all parts for the unit handed neatly to me and on top of the part and unit warranties, Randy gives us a additional 2-year warranty from his own labor and parts!! Wow!! Thank you Randy, Karla, and Allison!! You put your heart and soul into your work and it showed!! A tech came out promptly, he worked on the ac with a couple tools and all of a sudden we heard a loud noise, saw a small fire and smoke coming out of my AC unit. The guy started stuttering saying the wires were "already burnt". He then said he had to "check something" and went to his car, we saw him driving away and put our hands up and tried to wave him down which he saw, and drove away quickly. Later the owner, randy did nothing but gaslight me over and over when I brought up the explosion saying "ALL he did was flip the breaker" (he was no where near the breaker when the explosion happened) and kept saying "oh Priyanka, your AC was already broken, or you wouldn't have called us, right?" Addressing NOTHING about the situation. Do NOT go with this company. I am now having my AC fixed and they told me the previous tech made the problem impossible to diagnose because of everything he burned. I think he was trying to fry an egg over my AC unit and make himself a breakfast sandwich, Bc he sure as shit was not there to fix anything . Do NOT go with this company if you're a woman. I had a man here last time for the first service , and they did NOT speak to me the same the Second time.
