The maintenance, cafeteria, office, LPNs and management staffs have been incredibly courteous and responsive. While I was not personally impressed by the meals, my mom and dad are both happy with the food. They also enjoy the daily, weekly and monthly organized activities. Thus far, my parents have very much enjoyed their time at The Pointe!

While I ensured her safety, I second guessed my decisions as she vocally struggled to adjust; it was a lot of change particularly for someone who rarely left her home. Did I make the right call, could she live somewhere more affordable, would she outlive her money, etc. I don't even recall what search term led me to Senior Living Experts, but I'm grateful. Rebecca listened to my story and made me feel less alone. She thought where my mom was at was the best option in terms of cost, desired location and care needs addressed, but would do the research and circle back. The days and hours worked for her until she left the interview. Then apparently "we had a small problem". She wanted 4 days and 6 hours a day at $25.00/hour based on what she "saw"???? I asked what she saw, apparently the house was a mess??? It's a condo and I know it wasn't a "mess". Sorry Barbara and Eva's, there are other agencies out there.
