Steve was unbelievably good at easing the anxiety and uncertainty of moving to a new physical living facility. He made sure that all of my Mom's questions and concerns were addressed and while at the same time clarifying all prescription records, health records, admitting paperwork, etc. Steve left me with an initial very positive impression of HCC. During admission, Steve mentioned that Taheesha would soon be in to see Mom and that Taheesha is an expert at making patients feel comfortable in their new surroundings. Taheesha Jackson has been a truly amazing person and care giver to my Mom. She truly cares about people and works tirelessly to help patients adjust to their new surroundings and recover as quickly as they can. Taheesha is an extremely kind person. She encourages my Mom and her roommate to keep trying, to be patient, and to celebrate when things go well. Taheesha makes my Mom laugh. My Mom is really blessed to have Taheesha caring for her. Taheesha and the entire HCC Caregiving Staff have made my Mom's rehab experience transcendent. There are many excellent nurses, caregivers, physical therapists in Hunterdon Care Center. I hope to post more reviews in the future.

She is still frantically trying to find someone to help her continue weaning off. NO ONE deserves this. Too many doctors do this and think the patients can just move on to another practice after they are badmouthed and we all know that no one will take you after being dropped. A lot of people hit the streets and buy medicine to avoid withdrawal. It creates addicts and gets people killed. Nothing justifys doing this to a patient. 1st do no harm! You put a patient on the meds, then do your duty and at least finish taking them off. I personally know that she didn't do what she was accused of and doing this to a sick woman before the holidays is wrong. Let's all get together and show her the support she deserves and put a stop to doctors killing patients by dropping them on high doses of controlled substances. Let's call the local news and everyone else and put a stop to arrogant careless doctors doing things like this. He didn't even continue her scripts until she found a new place to go. Her heart is failing and he endangered her life more. You can make up any excuse you want, it will never make what you did to this woman right.

Inspired by his time at home caregiving for his grandmother, he gained an appreciation for the complexities of end of life care and the importance of considering each person's goals and values before acting in their interest. During his medical residency, due to his appreciation for patient autonomy and the value Chris saw in palliative involvement with patient care, he pursued a Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care.

For starters, men are welcome here, which is not always the case at the other local studios. The main yoga room is spacious, well heated and well lighted, with a springy floor. There is also the PT space for smaller classes, in the event that two classes overlap. They have all manner of props including some I've never seen at other yoga studios. They have classes at all times of the day - I've been to ones as early as 5:45 AM and as late as 7:30 PM. But what makes it especially great is the many talented instructors. No two are the same, each approaches yoga differently, and most have a great sense of humor. Shout outs to Heather, Sharen, Alison, Kate, Billie, and many others who keep me coming back.

I came in worried about how I was going to cope with my recovery and get stronger again to be active. Paula and her team took me in under their wings and have helped me back onto my feet to walk again. Using PT and Neurokinetic Therapy (TM) has been the best thing for my recovery. I've learned so much about my body and how to help it heal. She knows exactly how to "fix" things and bring awareness to me about how my body is responding or not responding to certain exercises. I use words now like "active" as in "I need to active my gluts" on a regular basis. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. I'm looking forward to making my full year recovery with Paula and her team, There is no doubt that her approach heals you and I 100% recommend her practice (by the way they play great music too in the studio).
