During the first use of this machine I had to go down and shut off the water. They tried to jerry rig the water line to save time and money.the next day, with me watching closely, they sent 2 or 3 hours doing it right. My guess, they know nothing about plumbing or were trying to pull a fast one on a 90 year old man. They left off a trim piece, used old fittings, used pipe tape on a compression fitting ( never done by anyone who knows what they are doing) , used the old nut they had stripped out as well as the old farrel. New nut and farrel cost nothing versus time spent. They didn't want to level the unit. I will give them this, they admitted they didn't use a new adapter, admitted they stripped the nut, price was fair, and that his helper was new. A good price is no trade for a wet floor. They blamed the lack of hardware on corning building co. And manufacturer. Didn't put the kick plate on. I have spoken to corning building co. About this as well as anyone who will listen. I have installed 4 or 5 dishwasher and never had this much go wrong. However I always had the right tools, was prepared and am familiar with plumbing. The customer is my girlfriend 90 year old father. I hold no I'll will against craig, just wish I had done it myself, time would have been saved.
