We called Belco for an estimate to install ceiling fans on our patio, two outside lights on our garage and to do some incidental electrical work. Mike came and gave us an estimate and a time frame to complete the jobs. Not only did they show up on time but when we discovered that our refrigerator had been leaking overnight resulting in a considerable amount of water in our basement, they offered to fix it, which saved an expensive plumbing bill. They completed all the jobs in half a day, explaining every detail as they worked on the project. This was very helpful as we could make adjustments as along the way. On completion of the job, they cleaned up all the debris so everything was as clean as when they started. When Mike handed us the bill he said there was no charge for the refrigerator! When he finished we thought we were good. As it turns out the wiring is all messed up with plug in's that don't work. The woman I talked to in the office was very professional and said she would definitely send a crew to fix this. It took a couple of hours before they came, but this was actually quite fast as all of their crews were engaged on other projects. The two that came to the house were terrific. They quickly figured out the problem and commenced to replace the sump pump. After a successful installation, they monitored the pump to insure it was was doing exactly what they thought it should be doing. I was extremely happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend them for future work.
