So, I will ask you what are some of your likes and dislikes when it comes to meat, seafood, and dessert. I will use this information to create your menu. I will go ahead and purchase the ingredients a couple of days before your dinner. That way, I am able to prep some of the things that will take longer. You can just reimburse me the food cost the night of your dinner. Cash is best!
