I knew of Adrian Pucket from high school. Not long ago, i met him again as he sold burgers on the…read moresidewalk in front of his friends comic book store. His burgers were pretty good. However, his reputation as a human being is below despicable. The reason why he was selling burgers on the sidewalk is because he has either quit or been fired from every legitimate restaurant in the Lexington area. The reasons are varied, but can be summed up as follows: He is a raging alcoholic who can't funtion without a drink in his hand. Preferably White Claw. He inherited virtually millions from his father and spent the money on 3 main things: cocaine, prostitutes, and sports cars which he quickly wrecked time after time. When I met up with him on the sidewalk, he was beyond penniless. He was in debt after his years of hedonistic partying. Therefore, he couldn't afford alcohol so I didnt know what a raging alcoholic he was. He has a pleasant personality and I am chronically depressed because of the social damage done to my life by an alcoholic in high school. I thought that a friendship would be mutually beneficial to both of us. I was entirely wrong. I bought a $18k food trailer and improved it with things such as a $1300 deep frier and things like a generator and many things too numerous to mention. I helped him as we did things such as fed the EKU football team when they stayed in Lexington. He made $10k or more in profit in 2 days. He has no idea how to start a frier so he treated me like a bad slave when it malfuntioned and i was unable to get it running again and so we had about half the food the team needed for the main banquet. The only thing Adrian contributed to the trailer was that we used his truck to go get it in Ohio. The only thing I got from helping him earn big dollars was being treated like a slave because I told him I wanted zero of his profit. The penniless alcoholic couldn't even pay for gas to go get it. We were in the process of upgrading the plumbing because Ohio has very low standards for mobile plumbing compared to Kentucky. He didn't even give me a chance to clean the trailer before asking his plumber friend to estimate the upgrades. He acted like I was the worst person on earth because I wanted a second opinion other than the one given by his friend. He was in such a hurry to get the upgrades that he practically dragged his plumber friend in his bath robe to do the estimate on a trailer with grease all over the work area. I tried to accept his verbal and mental abuse with a grain of salt but it was not easy adding his abuse to my lifetime of depression. Within days he was asking for me to pay thousands of dollars to decorate the outside with Lexingtonchef'stable graphics upon my trailer. He knows a guy who does vehicle wraps so he expected me to pay to make it look professional. He didnt have a single dollar to do such decorations because all the money i helped him make went straight to his debts. Same with plumbing. Dealing with his abusive attitude was extremely difficult. I told him about the act of revenge sodomy that destroyed my high school life and he told me 3 words: "That didnt happen". That was his opinion because he thinks sodomy is always a good and fun thing that couldnt possibly cause harm. My depression got worse every minute I spent with him. He thinks my depression could be cured by some pill or a nice big pile of cocaine or whores so he thinks i have no reason to be sad. Those things brought him great happiness and should work for me, he thinks. After making him thousands of dollars through our friendship relationship, he never once invited me to be a part of his life. Never once said something like: "My wife and 18 year old son are going to eat tonight and you are welcome to join us". Why? Mostly because that would imply that he was willing to buy me dinner but instead he prefered that i sit at home and think about suicide because thats what i desered in his opinion. He has had 2 friends commit suicide so whats it matter if a third does also. I guess his son was actually 21 now that I think about it because he told me he got his son drunk while out to dinner. Told me that when I came to work on the trailer "early" one morning at about noon. He chuckled that Bobby, his son, was hung over after dinner the night before. He chuckled because he was happy about how he was passing alcoholism on to the next generation. He could tell I didnt approve of him drinking and driving my trailer all the time. He certainly knew I wouldn't be a very good slave if I saw him buying alcohol for his son who was on probation for double wreckless homocide of 2 children back when he was 17, about 4 years earlier. Knowing that getting Bobby drunk was more important than including me in his life was quite the deathblow for my depression. I realized then that I was in a friendship with pure scum. And how did he repay me for helping him out? He stole my $20k+ trailer and used the money to open a pool hall.
