They are no longer Comfort Dental, apparently for quite some time, per Nick at the office. Visit is $249 with exam, xray, cleaning.

Bullock is so friendly and I felt he really cares about patient's concerns and comfort (hence the name).

WARNING: Get a second opinion if treatment is recommend by Dr. Nobles…read more My first visit with him I was told I had a cavity which seemed out or ordinary considering I hadn't one for years. However, I proceeded with the filling which felt like he shaved 1/4 of my tooth away. A year later, I'm told I have another cavity and maybe a second one. This was now suspicious to me so I got two in office second opinions. Both dentists said they see absolutely nothing on the teeth noted by Dr Nobles, and my teeth and gums are healthy. Additionally, I provided them with my previous X-rays, before the filling, and they couldn't not see what caused him to think there was a cavity. I'm very disappointed and feel taken advantage of and violated. I just hope others are not blindly taking his diagnoses.

They referred me to another dentist for a graft procedure I knew I'd needed but hadn't felt confidence in prior dentists to pursue the surgery. The staff at Addison Dental made me feel comfortable to engage with the referral dentist. After that procedure, I returned to the regular care of the wonderful professionals (specifically, Yo) at Addison Dental. They've improved my overall dental health with product recommendations and careful attention to detail in every visit. I'd also like to specifically shout out the amazing front desk staff. In general, they're wonderful and caring and sweet, but they've always gone the extra mile in my eyes whether it is to reach out about needing to reschedule something (once), confirm an appointment, or update me about a service I requested. Here's where they really blew me away--I requested a replacement retainer because a prior dentist in California made modifications that were failing and I was upset about it. They were confident a new retainer could be made and took reference photos and molds for the lab, because it's an unusual retainer. The lab made the wrong retainer three times and Crystal was quick to update me about her efforts to get me this elusive retainer. I was not charged a cent for the lab's mistakes or the office's extra molds or time spent taking them, nor for all of Crystal's time spent discussing the request with the lab, or talking with the California dentist office about the order to specify the retainer requested, or for her ability to not only obtain the requested retainer but she also went out of her way to ask for pink and glitter to be added to my retainer like my original had. At this point, they can probably rip all the teeth out of my head and I'll still be recommending them because how incredibly tenacious the people in this office have proven to be to do right by their patients. You should come here unless you're terrible.

Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. Well worth the drive from Denton.

I still get reminder calls and emails from this clinic for cleanings, which I truly appreciate. The doctor was very understanding and offered me a refund, which I accepted. I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars to reflect how everything was handled with professionalism and care.

You don't want to get it done ok. But if you delay it's on you and not him. He is very personable and down to earth. I've been going to him for almost 6 years now. His office staff the receptionist and the dental hygienist are amazing and so sweet My hubby, son and brother all go to him as wel as a few colleagues of mine. Highly recommend

Seriously, I had the urge to get up and leave, which is a first, but I didn't want to be rude so I stayed. He is nice and friendly, but he was not listening to me!!! I was trying to tell him my basic teeth concerns/issues/dental history but then he started correcting me. Lol ok. Kept cutting me off, talking AT me, asking questions but not waiting for my answer. I found him to be incredibly abrasive and I wish we could have slowed down and established basics before getting to all the chit chat and joke cracking. The purpose of my visit, my most pressing issue, was to address a few minor chips on my front teeth. I expected he'd examine the chips and my bite/alignment, then set me up for a "composite bonding" which is a common procedure. (I would have had this simple and straightforward treatment done by my previous dentist but unfortunately I moved and am new to the DFW area and looking for care!) Dr Loftus let me know the reason for the chipping is the way my teeth grind, or line up when I'm unconscious of it. Totally makes sense, that sounds right. But let's get to the solution, please can we talk about fixing the chips now? No. He said I'll need braces because otherwise "it will keep happening" even after filling in the chips. Is it possible I might chip my teeth in these same spots again in the future, due to the underlying cause of the chips in the first place? Sure. That's possible, but a reasonable dentist would just fix the chips as requested instead of referring me for orthodontial work! I pumped the breaks and said that's way too drastic, I'm not getting braces, I've already had them as a teenager, and I'll cross that bridge IF and when I get there. (No to be honest I am never getting braces again haha I have nice straight teeth. A night guard is one thing but getting braces due to a chipped front tooth? Whaaaaat?!) Loftus backed off the braces idea and we got back on the same page and I made it clear I wanted to just do the composite filling. He agreed to it! Next thing you know I'm getting walked up to the receptionist and she scheduled my appt 6 months out for a cleaning. Wait. What? Aren't we going to schedule the composite bonding? Which is why I came? I was confused, so a couple days later I reached out to their office via email "please let me know when you can fit me in for the follow up, I was scheduled for a cleaning but not for the composite bonding and I'd like to do that at Dr Loftus' soonest availablity" NEVER HEARD BACK. Wowwww I definitely fell through the cracks as far as follow up care goes. Just frustrating. I went in for a specific need and he failed to address it. I'll have to take my business elsewhere and get the composite bonding done by another dentist who is more attentive and wants the business. That's fine. Finally... and this is important... You'll be startled by the rude attitude from the receptionist. Both over the phone and when I met her in real life, her negativity was palpable. Her deep insecurity is masked by a cold, condescending, rigid exterior. (I'm referring to the young lady with dark blonde hair. She runs the front desk at the time of this review at least) Work on your soft skills! You will turn people away when you use such a condescending tone.
