He offered to do a service on the old furnace or give me a quote for a completely new and upgraded one. I went with the new one. He installed a Bryant heater that was more appropriate for our sized house than the one we had been using ("Should save you about 25% in heating costs.") Additionally, he fabricated an access panel in the unit to enable us to change out the filters much more easily. All included in his very fair price. Because I had to work the day of the appointment, I had to make outside arrangements to make sure someone was at my house ready to welcome them when they arrived. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Not only did they never show up, I never received any phone call from them during or after our appointment time. They simply never showed. If they want a bad review and don't want to get paid, fine. Robert diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and installed it, ran the heater and tested the pilot light to be sure it remained on. He also checked for gas leaks throughout the mobile home and cut a custom filter since they no longer make that size (a very old heater). Robert was responsive, worked quickly and is very nice. We appreciated him trying to keep the repair to only what was needed. He is honest as he could have easily told us we needed the more expensive repair.
