A charming local theater with a great atmosphere!…read more The Cozy Theatre is a true gem in Wadena. As a lifelong resident, I've been coming here since I was a kid and it never disappoints. The theater has a wonderful nostalgic feel with its vintage decor and classic concession stand. Ticket prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the big chain theaters. The snacks and drinks are also affordable, so you can enjoy a night out without breaking the bank. The popcorn is made fresh in an old-fashioned popper and is absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They provide great customer service and make you feel right at home. The seating is comfortable and the sound and picture quality are excellent. Whether you're a local or just passing through, the Cozy Theatre is a must-visit. It's a charming piece of Wadena history that continues to provide affordable entertainment and a wonderful community gathering place. I highly recommend checking it out!

It's not usually very busy, unless there is a big movie opening. There's not much going on in the surrounding mall, but who doesn't love a movie date? I recently went here with my family and young niece to see Despicable Me 2 and we had a wonderful time. The theatre was very clean and we had a comfortable time. My niece left her purse in the theatre and we quickly found it with no trouble getting back in. Such is a perk of a town like FF. I have fond memories of hanging out here in middle school and high school and hope it's still used for that. :] Support this movie theatre, Fergus Falls-ians!
