I ordered a hot dog, popcorn, and a soda; everything was prepared and I was in and out in just minutes. They have a self serve soda fountain. Theater #1 had automated reclining chairs and were very thick and plush. I could had fallen asleep in that thing if the movie wasn't so good. The theater is a bit of a maze and they don't have signage letting you know which theaters are down which hallways. The theater numbers are posted on the way in a way that you have to be right on top of it to see it. None of the signs are hanging perpendicular to the way to be seen from afar. It would be nice if they invested in some better signs. Knocking a star for the signs. Otherwise, great place to take in a new (or old) movie.

The theater has a wonderful nostalgic feel with its vintage decor and classic concession stand. Ticket prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the big chain theaters. The snacks and drinks are also affordable, so you can enjoy a night out without breaking the bank. The popcorn is made fresh in an old-fashioned popper and is absolutely delicious. The Century cinema of Fargo has always in my experience been a wonderful theater, albeit less busy…read more I think a lot more people go to the West Acres Marcus because it's right by the mall, and it has way more theaters that are also bigger, which means a higher capacity and the ability to show more movies at once. (This, more people go. It's simple science really. Or math. Or whatever) But, what the West Acres doesn't have that Century does are the dreamlounger chairs- yep, the big, fluffy reclining chairs that you can just about fall asleep in. And, this theater is a little more hidden as it's right behind Paradiso and a couple hotels and really doesn't stick out like movie theaters usually do. But it's still a great choice and they have lots of specials so check which day you're going! Because I recently went on a Thursday, I got half off my ticket for being a student so it's worth knowing!! You can also buy tickets ahead of time and even preorder your food. Now that theaters are open again, what's stopping you?!?!!
