The theater has a wonderful nostalgic feel with its vintage decor and classic concession stand. Ticket prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the big chain theaters. The snacks and drinks are also affordable, so you can enjoy a night out without breaking the bank. The popcorn is made fresh in an old-fashioned popper and is absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They provide great customer service and make you feel right at home. The seating is comfortable and the sound and picture quality are excellent. Whether you're a local or just passing through, the Cozy Theatre is a must-visit. All movies, all day, with an additional charge for 3D movies. Also on Tuesdays, get a free 44oz popcorn with the purchase of any drink! Caught a Tuesday evening showing of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse which I would say had the theater more than half full. They were also showing Little Mermaid, Transformers, and Guardians of the Galaxy, and had ads for Elemental. The movie playing was Rocket Man. My wife and I were happy to see a new movie in a historic theatre. When you walk in, the theatre is like a blast from the past. Only 2 theaters were in the movie theatre. The desks and walls were all old looking like from the 30s. When we walked in, the theatre looked as if we were back to the future in the 1950s and were waiting for like the pre movies to show world war 2. There were curtains, and old time appeal with the way the theatre was designed. The movie was great. Theatre was good. Seats weren't that comfortable, but that's to be expected as it was outfitted to be from back in the day. I'd come back.
