When they came to my house they agreed that the carpet cleaning and deodorizing would be $280. The…read morehouse was completely empty at the time of any furniture. We had already vacuumed it prior to their arrival. An elderly women came in to do the "scrubbing". I can't vacuum this house in 15 minutes and yet they supposedly cleaned the carpets thoroughly in 15 minutes. When questioned on how they were able to accomplish this so quickly he told me to go to his competitor. When asked how the carpet was already dry they claimed to have "missed that spot". The "deodorizer" he used on our carpets made them smell worse! After this experience I went and purchased products at Walmart to "reclean" the carpets. The amount of dirt, hair, and other things that came out of that carpet after they "professionally" cleaned for us was ridiculous. Buyer Beware...

In our case there were issues prior to cleaning chairs and carpet regarding the fabric of the items and what effect the use of steam would have on them. Our tech, Jacob Dotson, went over every detail and possible outcome with us while communicating and forwarding pictures of the items to managers to ensure nothing done would damage our items. They even went so far as to contact the manufacturer of the carpet for input. Unfortunately with all this going on before pictures were forgotten due to all the aforementioned consulting but please believe me when I say the end results were unbelievable. If you are in need of upholstery or carpet cleaning and have expectations of magnificent results Thomas is the company for you and Jacob is the technician to request. **Note: The carpet shown was always covered by tables or throw rugs causing the center to be the cleanest and closest to the original color. As you can see there is now barely a difference in color. The same is true for the chair. The seat and back have always been covered causing the arm rests and corner to be exposed to skin oils . After Jacob's outstanding work Grandma is no longer using chair covers or throw rugs as she no longer worries about the ability to clean them. Thanks so very much Jacob and Thomas!

After the job was completed, I questioned whether the carpets had actually been cleaned because they did not look clean at all. There were still food stains, dark spots, and visible high-traffic areas throughout the carpet. When I asked if he was going to go over the carpets again, I was told that he could only go over them once because of the type of carpet used by the rental agency. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. The carpets looked no better than they did before the service, and I honestly feel I could have cleaned them better myself. This was a complete waste of money. I have already contacted the company regarding my concerns and submitted photos of the carpets. I am currently waiting for a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
