After, we had a mixed cheese plate and the white almond gazpacho. The cheese plate had 3 types of cheese - all delicious. The white gazpacho is probably not for everyone, but it was unique - a bit like garlicky almond milk. For our main course, we had the rabbit and squid. While the rabbit was very good, the squid was absolutely amazing. We finished the meal with complimentary glasses of port. However I soon realized all the locals were flooding in a little after 2 when the restaurant was full to the brim. Obviously I had to order the seafood paella which was a thing of pure beauty. The rice was perfectly cooked and was bursting with amazing seafood flavor. The top of the rice was moist and fluffy while the rice on the bottom of the pan was perfectly crispy. The combination of the contrasting textures was a treat for the palette. The prawns and mussels were fresh and sat on top of the rice was highly addictive. The little bits of fish in the rice were light and fluffy and a great addition to the rice. I can highly recommend this place for the paella.
