1. Too many POCs, and not all always on the same page. One person still thought we were local 1.5…read moremonths after we moved out of state. -Anna (part of admin team/ introduced herself 4x via text) 2.Lost 10k on the house 3. Appreciate the communication each week but some of it was overkill: - don't need an email with # of weekly online views. Expressed this to realtor company but was informed they do it for other customers and it would be too difficult to filter out who wants this info or not so we had to keep receiving emails. - Calls each week to "check in". Unless there is progress on the house or we have an update this was not necessary. Informed Art of this but continued to receive a weekly call. 4. Though we ultimately didn't have to pay it, it makes no sense to have the seller pay a seller's fee AND THE buyer's fee. The buyer should pay the buyer's fee (hence the name).

Only word to describe them is....awesome!…read more We had used our property management company initially when we tried to sell our house since they had all the information already saved and our house sat for over 2 months with no progress on it. We switched to Keller Williams and Destiny and her team had over 14 showings, open house, and under contract in 2 weeks. Even after the contract fell through a few times during the process, Destiny and her team kept pushing and we finally closed on our house yesterday! Communication, customer service, and their overall willingness to help us was above and beyond what we could have ever expected all while we lived across the country. We received almost daily and weekly updates throughout the entire process and couldn't ask for anything else! As a military member and a family, this is the company to use for your buying or selling needs in Clovis, hands down!

I have been living with them for months now, and they all are very unprofessional. My house was not…read moremove in ready, there is a lot of things wrong with the house, I was told everything would be set and ready to go by my move in date, which kept getting moved. Whenever I call in to report something wrong, i get an attitude from everyone there. My house is still not move in ready, I've been waiting for them to paint and put in two cupboards, and fix my doors. I've been waiting for them to fix those issues ever since June 26, my first move in date. I would think twice before renting from them. Also, Brent, is the main one I prefer to go through as he is very nice and helpful. If anything go through him.

Homespot is terrible!…read more When we had to moved, I was putting my house up for rent and Homespot was the best option at the time because they didn't charge a fee if renters weren't in the house, meaning they were more motivated to get someone in the house. That was the only positive thing about them. In the 2 and a half years I let them be a property manager, they continued to fail at the one job they are paid for which is simply communication between renters and owners. At one point, my renters had an issue in our house that they alerted Homespot about 6 months prior to me finding out. The only reason I found out is I was in town and did a home visit. I spoke with management to fix the issue and not even a week later another issue happened with our house and again my renters alerted Homespot and they did nothing. It took my renters calling me directly for the problem to be fixed. Later, we were selling our house and I decided to let Homespot sell it (very bad idea) since they already had the information on the house. The first realtor I had, failed to communicate with me for entire week, a few weeks after the house was on the market. He finally called me and we spoke. A few weeks later, I attempted to call the realtor for 2 weeks straight with no answer. I finally called Homespot directly and found out he had quit 2 weeks ago and no one alerted me. We got another realtor through them, while she was helpful and tried, nothing had been done to market or show the house in over 2 months. I fired Homespot and went to Keller Williams and in 2 weeks we were under contract and sold our house. Even after the renters moved out, Homespot was trying to charge us for fixes that needed to be done instead of using the security deposit from the renters. It took several weeks of arguing, they finally used what the security deposit was meant for. Fast forward to a few weeks ago while in the final stages of closing on my house, Homespot calls to say they have someone interested in renting the home. I told them the house has been with Keller Williams and the lady said it was still showing active in their system, even though I fired them and was done with them 4 months prior. That would not have given me peace of mind IF my house was still under their management that they would let it sit in their system for 4 months with no activity. Clearly put, Homespot is nothing but a dumpster fire that wants your money and doesn't care about customer service or the renters needs for that matter..... DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm writing this review for my friend that lives in an apartment complex owned by this real estate…read morecompany. She called them yesterday to pay for next months rent and they tell her "oh we got bought out so you have to be moved out in 7 days". The law allows them to give a 30 day notice to the tenant or a 7 day notice to move out so that shows that this company doesn't give a DAMN about its clients. They could of easily told her 30 days in advance so she has more time to look for a new place and come up with the money to pay first and last months rent. Plus with covid-19 she has been out of work and barely went back since stores were allowed to open. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere that actually cares about its clients. I would recommend JOE MONTANO instead of this crappy company. Look him up he is a native to New Mexico and truly has a passion helping people find their perfect place!
