For one, the doors I ordered from a brochure and hand-drawing did not reflect the actual doors delivered. They were more wood than glass which defeated the whole purpose of opening this space up. First red flag: no measurements were given, no computerized rendition, nor a picture of the actual doors were ever sent prior to installation. For a $10,000 project you would think they would be incredibly detailed. The installation was just as bad. I noted rot under the door they removed and questioned whether that would be removed. The answer was "no, I cannot rebuild your whole home." Then proceeded to cover it with a piece of wood right in front of me. A piece of moulding from the framing of this door was removed because the door did not clear it. I was able to avoid installation of moulding that did not match the original in the exterior. No attempt at consulting with me, the homeowner, the details. The finished products are awkwardly sized windows and doors.

John was my salesrep and was very charismatic and likeable. In addition to discussing windows, we talked about the possibility of replacing the front door and the back door. I was concerned that it wouldn't be possible because the doors are an odd size, 34". After taking measurements, John said that they could do the door. The front door was the original door and had seen better days. There was no way to fix the issues with the door and because it was half glass and a safety concern for me, I chose to delay the windows and go with just the front door at that time. My plan was to do windows next, and then the back door. John didn't have pictures of the doors on him, so he had to text them to me. What he sent were drawings of the door. He said that there were only 3 doors that would fit. I asked if he had any real pictures of them installed on someone's house and from a distance. I was very specific that I wanted a craftsman style door to somewhat match the house. He sent me a picture of a real wood door (one I would be getting would be vinyl and white), but the picture was only of the door, and it wasn't like the one I wanted. It only had a single pane of glass at the top and I wanted the classic 3 pane craftsman style. He told me that they would put grids on the pane of the example he sent me, but the only option was 4 panes. It was hard to tell the size of the pane of glass due to there not being any measurements on the door. I thought we were both on the same page as to what I wanted and what I would be receiving. It took over 6 weeks for the door to be delivered and then I had to schedule an installation time which was another 3 weeks. On the morning of the installation (11/7/24), my daughter had an accident on the way to school (new driver of only 1 month) and I had to go to help her. The installer called me while I was with her and needed to get into the house to begin the installation. I rushed home and opened the door for him and then went back to be with my daughter. I wish so badly that I would have taken 5 minutes to look at the door on his truck before leaving because when I arrived back home and the new door was up, I was so upset because it was not the door I thought I was getting. The new door did have 4 panes at the top, but they were very small, which made the door look very cheap. I told the guy installing immediately that it wasn't the door I ordered. It was too late to put my old door back up because he had to remove some of the casing to get the new one in. I called John and left a message and then also sent a text. I finally heard back from him late that afternoon. He told me that he would talk with his supervisor and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him the next day which was a Friday, so I sent him another text saying I would like to speak before the weekend. I texted again on Tuesday and finally got a text back on Wednesday. He again told me he would speak with his supervisor. This went on for another 2 times, telling me that he would get with his supervisor and then just ghosting me. Finally, on 11/26/24 I called the office and spoke to a lady there for over 10 minutes explaining what was going on. She said she was going to call the owner and explain the situation and he would call me back. She also said that he was off for Thanksgiving. I told her to just wait until Monday to discuss with him so it wouldn't interrupt his holiday. On 12/5/24 when I hadn't heard back from anyone, I called the office again. The lady that answered treated me like I was lying about calling in the previous week because she had no record of the message. I told her I would be happy to send her a screen shot of the 10-minute call from my call log on my phone. She took my info and said she would have someone call me. Andy did call and leave me a message on 12/20/24. I was finally able to return his call on 12/30/24. I explained the entire situation to him. He promised me that he would see what could be done to make me happy. So.... On 1/6/25 he texted me with all the things that could be done to make the door like the one I ordered and if I was ready to move forward, he could put together a quote?!!! I told him that there was no way that I was spending any more money for a door that I had already paid for expecting to get what I ordered. He said that the door I had was the one that I agreed to on the contract. I responded that it was a very poor picture of the door and that we went round and round with me asking for a picture of it on a house, and he couldn't supply one. I even told him craftsman style, so that may be what I signed off on, it was not what I expected to receive. I just caution anyone doing business with WW to know exactly what you are purchasing.

Out of the 7 appointments, only 4 companies had representatives who even showed up (Two estimators never showed, and the last one I cancelled after I made a deal with RevitaRoof.) I went with RevitaRoof for many reasons. Thomas from RevitaRoof was the one fo the only reps who showed up on time! The rep was completely professional through the whole process. I never felt pressured and I learned about the different kinds of roofing available that, so far, no one else had taken the time to show me. Normally, I go with the lowest price, but the lowest priced company didn't have insurance and that was a big thing for me. RevitaRoof was the most professional company I encountered from the 4 companies that came by. The other companies that showed up were quite a sideshow. The first company, the guy had his kids running around in my yard during the estimate (he was not insured and he was the cheapest price). The second was a big box company (very polite and punctual, but his quote was way too high, kinda pushy too). The third company came late and said he'd call me with a quote and never did (I think it was because I mentioned that insurance was a requirement). RevitaRoof was my 4th appointment and was like a breath of fresh air after that bunch! In summary, I was very pleased with my experience with RevitaRoof. From start to finish, they were professional. They cleaned up the yard before they left and my roof looks great! The decision was a simple one to make! I wish I'd scheduled them first! OMG, I would've saved a TON of time! Thank you RevitaRoof of Columbus, GA!

Workmanship matches customer service. Horrible…read more I've never been upset enough to take the time to negatively review a business and there are a lot of businesses here in Columbus that deserve it so I hope all that read this take this seriously. If the person I spoke to this morning didn't talk to me like I was ineffectual and not worth her time, I might have waited for them to make this right. I highly doubt they will. Purchased a screen door for $80 dollars. Came home to find a hole in it and that it wasn't even installed. Customer service who answered "Glass Guru" told me shouldn't be an issue since they didn't charge an install fee. I guess the $80 I was quoted and paid out of pocket didn't include slapping that onto the track or without a hole. She told me I can come by and get a new screen. Great, an errand. Thanks! It gets better though. Per approval of the landlord: Glass was replaced on sliding doors. They said the previous contractor/competitor did a bad job, but they would do it right. However, the glass now moves on both doors with the push of a finger. I'm not sure what they meant by "doing it right", but I do know it isn't supposed to do that. They also left caulk all over the door. Guess it wasn't worth their time to clean it. The woman who answers the phone for them was upset I called to complain about this on the weekend, however SHE is the one who answered the phone. She then said to text or email and hung up, which I did with pictures and video. Although I did as requested, this must have annoyed her further because she had to tell me it was Saturday, it was her day off, and in her mind I guess I have nothing better to do. She replied with text saying not to call them, but have my leasing company do it. It quickly became apparent that even with evidence of piss-poor workmanship forwarded over to them, they only talk to the people paying the bill, not the people living there. As if there should be any cost of service to fix what should have been done right the first time. I told her I would contact my leasing agency as well as Facebook, google reviews, and Yelp. She wondered why I would post a negative review when all they did was follow the work order. I considered this for a split second, but in all honesty I don't think the work order stated: " install new glass so that the door handle moves when shutting and the glass panel moves to the touch. Please put hole in screen and do not install." It is evident this company does not care about the quality of their work. It is also obvious that they do not respect people renting vs. home ownership and their chstomer service is non-existent or is only available to the highest paying jobs. I don't install glass. But I do know that it should not move in the frame of the door. I don't answer the phone to reply to customers for my business, but I do know how to talk to people, accept fault, and ensure that the mistake I made will be corrected. Basically, I was taught no matter what your job is, do the best you can and your best better be right. This life lesson was lost on this company. Take your service elsewhere.

Four Seasons completed construction on a sunroom to replace our old screened-in back porch back in…read moreNovember of last year. We've held off posting a review of the work because we wanted to see how things held up over time. Now the verdict is in. We had our porch screened-in about 15 years ago, but our backyard is steeply sloped and there were flooding problems from the beginning. Combine that with the nuclear fallout level pollen that we deal with in this part of the South, along with the extreme heat during the summer, and what you have is a great idea - a place to enjoy nature during - but only during a portion of the year. A sunroom was always a dream, but it seemed out of reach due to costs. We finally bit the bullet and went to see Ryan at Four Seasons after a home show display, and he came up with a way to make it workable for us. The weather last fall was about the worst possible for construction, so things took a little longer than expected, but Mickey, Josh, and their crews were efficient and professional and completed the work as quickly as possible. They kept us up to date on everything they were doing and made sure that if we had any concerns that they would be dealt with immediately as construction progressed. They were meticulous, making sure everything was done to plan and to spec, and had a good relationship with the inspectors to ensure that things moved along at a proper pace. The materials used were first rate, and after five months of use, it's safe to say they're going to hold up over the long term. There was an additional bonus - we had additional work done in the backyard with the construction of a new patio to deal with those long-standing flooding problems. They worked well with the outside contractor, and the two parties made sure that the side-by-side projects blended well together. The bottom line is that the sunroom is everything they said it would be. It has completely changed the feel of the house, giving us additional room when the grandkids come over. The patio furniture no longer turns bright green in the spring, the cats don't track all that pollen around the house, and the specially constructed and tinted glass keeps the sunroom from turning into a furnace during the heat of the day. It's turned into our favorite room and is used every day. It was money well spent.

Of the 3 screens installed, all at one time or another have failed to stay on track and have to stay in the up position. Totaled waste of $27k. Should have stuck to my guns with the wife and had a regular screened porch installed. Getting the company to respond to service calls is the other problem. Their response to problems is what did you do to cause the problem. Totally screwed. Don't do it to yourself, go with a regular screen porch. Don't talk yourself into the retractable screens like I did.

Therefore, he measured without us being present. And, he didn't complain when we asked him to return to measure for a mirror in a little hidden bathroom he didn't see. But, on the day of installation, we met Matthew and his assistant Trevor for the first time. Matthew drove up in a truck which must have been huge inside. Ever so often, he and Trevor would carefully carry a mirror out or a glass wall or door out. They silently and perfectly installed mirrors over vanities. There was one mirror I worried about because they had to cut out a hole in it to cover a wall outlet. However, Matthew replaced my cheap plastic outlet cover with a glassy mirror looking cover that made my mirror perfectly beautiful. I was so pleased with the look and the fit!!! For the master bathroom's shower, there was a lot of noise going on in the van. Matthew was in there doing something to make certain of a perfect shower wall fit. I think a less skilled installer would have given up. But, these guys worked tirelessly to make certain the job was finished. I was so grateful for their commitment to a job well done. From time to time, he would stop to communicate the status of their work. And, he asked us to inspect it before they cleaned up and left. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I'd recommend this company to all my friends.
