I sent a request to them through their website on a Sunday and received a call almost immediately setting up an appointment for Mike Thulson to come out and look at our kitchen. Mike was very professional and had so many great ideas that we hadn't thought of. After we agreed on the design of the kitchen, everything went very quickly and smoothly. One of the things we were really impressed with was the help Mike gave us on the day we went out and chose the tile, cabinet hardware, and countertops. Mike helped us pick out what we wanted, and still stay within our budget. Mike and Jacque found the contractor to do the job, Scott with HOW Construction, and everything was scheduled to be done in 5 weeks. We had heard horror stories of kitchen projects dragging out for weeks more than the original schedule, so we were very happy that everything was completed right on time. Jacque was great at getting everything delivered to our home on time, and getting a few things replaced in a timely manner also. Our contractor, Scott with HOW Construction was an extreme pleasure to have in our house doing the remodel. He single handily renewed our faith in remodeling contractors. He was on time, or early every day, he is meticulous in his work, and every obstacle was met with confidence and speed. I also have pictured the cupboard that was supposed to be built around the microwave. I literally had to rush to buy this microwave cuz they claimed they needed to know the exact measurements so they could build around it. I think we can all agree that turned out to be failure. I have called almost every day only to hear from the owner once, no one seems to want to help me or fix any of these problems! I had to buy two new cupboards to fix the 30 inch gap which I was told it would only take another two weeks to get, turned out it won't be getting those for another 6 weeks! Save your time and your money they're not going to help you when they mess up.

Anyway, me and The Hubs visited their Kitchen and Bath Showroom just a little over a month ago since we needed to replace some kitchen and bathroom faucets. There are many faucets on display and many more in their catalogs to choose from. Peggy Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. In a nutshell, we found some great looking faucets and replaced the main kitchen sink faucet, beverage dispenser next to the sink, and a bar sink faucet (all from the same collection so they match). We also found a nice replacement faucet for our powder room sink. It's nice to be able to see and feel these items ahead of time to know what you're getting. If you're looking for fixtures a step (or two) nicer than what you might find at the big box stores, this place is a great option. The items we chose took less than three weeks to come in. Since the other side of their business is plumbing and heating supply/distribution, they work with many local (and independent) plumbers. Peggy was able to give me a few names and phone numbers for potential installment. All went well. Kudos!
