No structure, no technical training as we would expect. The teacher wanted her to do a recital and the teacher would play the background music. My daughter was nervous but we built up the courage to do it. After weeks of practicing we all got dressed up and went today. Upon arrival my daughter was told her teacher did not come and she would have no support or background music. My daughter bravely stood up in front of the crowd and sang the song with complete silence / no music, which was quite heartbreaking to watch, than preceded to cry the whole way home embarrassed. To top it off she was not offered the pin that all the other teachers gave there students. I can't recommend this school. The seem more interested in the recurring revenue of tuition than developing individual talents of the students.

We have been with Stephan and his team for about 4 years. My son had started to play the guitar just 6 months earlier and really wanted to be part of a band. His guitar skills improved greatly and expanded his interest into bass guitar and into drums. The 1:1 lessons were fantastic. Their summer camp became a launching pad to get into a band. Since then, he has taken up song writing and now plays different instruments in the band depending on the song or the talent need. They have even performed some of their original songs! Without LMS and the nurturing they provided for our young musician, I don't know if he would have gained the confidence and developed the passion he now uses to thrive. Thank you Dillon, Stephan and the LMS team!

Gary's mastery of the flamenco guitar is simply out of this world. When he is playing a gig he always captivates and pleases his audience. If you are looking for Flamenco guitarist to play at your wedding, private party, corporate get together or special event I highly recommend him. Gary also teaches guitar lessons and has provided me with much inspiration. In less than year I have learned a tremendous amout about different scales to spice up my lead guitar playing, proper right hand picking and he has corrected most of my bad habits I have developed over my 20 years of my playing. Gary is very knowledgeable extremely patient. His lessons are tailored to what I want to learn and the music that we work on, covers all the techniques that are necessary to improve my skills. He makes every lesson fun and he works with me until I am comfortable to move on. He has wide veriety music styles he can teach including: Flamenco, Rock, blues, Pop, Theory and impov. If you are looking for a excellent guitar teacher, advanced or beginner player give Gary Meyers call to start your guitar lessons.

To preface, I think if I had reviewed School of Rock when I was still attending the school, my…read morerating would have been higher, but looking back on my experiences there I've found that it fostered a toxic environment. If you're looking to learn an instrument, it's great, but the social aspect is not well managed. Students who did not put school of rock first (over regular school, other activities, and jobs) were not respected by instructors, even though this should have been a fun extra curricular. I found in my personal experiences, staff being rude over missed rehearsals due to illness (pre-covid), lack of respect for seasons off, and an overall disappointing attitude when it came to high schoolers not putting music first (even when it was just an after school activity). The staff frequently became closer with students (showing, at times, blatant favoritism), and instead of instructing them and being the adults to look up to, became involved in petty drama of teenagers - even taking sides if their "star student" was showing less than admirable behavior towards other students. It could have been a fantastic after school experience- and it certainly had its positives, but as long as the school continues to operate the way it does, I would be remiss to recommend the Littleton school. I did have fun at the shows and learned instruments - but I can't say it was worth the experience I had with the instructors at this particular location.

I bought the tickets and knew that there wouldn't be a bad seat in the place, but with it being my favorite play, I chose the front row. It did not disappoint as we were a little raised from the stage so you're not looking up straining your neck the entire time. The refreshments sold are of a wonderful variety and the canned bloody mary was delicious! I do wish they had cup holders simply because I'm accient prone. I would love to see another play here soon!

That creates a very small space for the people next to each other to put their legs. I was in seat C13, hubby was in C12 and the 6ft. tall lady in C11 had to vie for leg room. I believe the seats are original to the theater. My seat was lumpy and not at all comfortable. It was directly behind the seat in front of me so I had to lean to the side to see the stage. That said, the building has a very interesting history. It was originally built in the 1920's as the Town Hall for Littleton. A fire truck was kept in what's now the lobby and there was a jail in the basement. The whole building has a historical feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming and their production of Avenue Q was excellent. Parking is along Main Street which could be a challenge so I recommend arriving early.
