Ended up reserving and paying for $1,000 worth of advertising for tablets to go live in 3 months. 90 days later, nothing. Contacted them in March, April, May, June, July, August... always given an excuse. Needed more advertisers, tablets delayed, going to launch even without enough advertisers... Eventually they stopped responding to my calls and emails entirely as I guess they ran out of excuses. In November I told them that was IT and demanded a refund before I took it further. Surprise! I got a response that my check was being mailed and to confirm the address. Three weeks later and we're back to not responding to my calls or emails and no refund. I wouldn't even TRUST a refund check from this company at this point and will be seeking a refund via certified funds or PayPal transfer. Filed a BBB complaint and will be investigating a small court claim as well. Seems there could even be enough people scammed to put together a class action lawsuit at this point. This company needs to be shut down based on all of the scam stories that started popping up... sadly about 3 months AFTER I got suckered.

As the interviewer approached me in the lobby I took off my sunglasses (as I always do) and shook his hand. Although I was slightly nervous during my interview, I was still able to be myself. I was professional, asked probing questions, and showcased a sense of humor and sincerity. However in the end the position went to another candidate... According to R2C their deal-breaker was solely due to the fact I had sunglasses on while I was waiting in the lobby. I'm not kidding. That was their reasoning. Sunglasses. Did they ask if I had a photosensitivity medical condition? Nope. In fact according to my source R2C is known for secretly watching and pre-judging interviewees while they wait in the lobby. In my entire 18 years of employment, I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior like this. Being turned down for this opportunity (in this economy) simply because of the accessories worn prior to my interview start time is absurd. R2C's reasoning is ridiculous, nor do I have the tolerance to work for such a judgmental company. This is Portland, my hometown. Be nice or leave. Thank you.
