I tried to get this guy to make a vinyl decal for my car, after starting a new business. Thought it…read morewould be a good way to get the name out, etc. 2 weeks after first contacting him, he finally called me to come and take some measurements. When I showed up, there was car parked outside with some kids just sitting in it, and it was fairly hot day last summer. A little bit concerned, I went inside and waited at the counter for somebody to show up in the empty reception area. After 10 minutes, I heard a toilet flush in the back and some guy, presumably the owner, appeared. He looked at me with indifference and said "wut up". Before even mentioning the fact that I had expected to do some business, I mentioned the car outside with the kids in it, and asked if he saw who was driving the car. To my shock and horror, he simply replied "Dey mine. Dey be a'ight". I suggested that it was maybe a bit unsafe, and that the kids might be better off waiting inside the office. What came next was a tirade of insults and profanity like I've never heard; mostly along the lines of "blah blah don't tell me nuffin bout how to raise my babies blah blah blah". He even threatened me with physical violence. Needless to say, I realized that this guy was not anyone to do work with and turned around and got the hell out of there. The kids looked at me through the car windows with an expression of fear and subtle pleading, like they wanted to ask for my help but were to afraid of what might happen to them. I noticed that one was drinking capri sun and eating out of a bag of flamin' hot cheetos, made me wonder if their nutritional needs were being met beyond the fact that they were left in the car to roast like unloved dogs. I was convinced that I would call CPS upon getting home, but got a text message on the way that stopped me from doing so. It was from the owner of Media Installers, who must have figured out who I was from the fact that I sort of had an "appointment" to show up and talk to him that day. It again threatened physical violence and contained the line "I'll rape your f*ckin wife n*gga". This guy is scary and should be locked up. I hope I never run into him again. STAY AWAY FROM MEDIA INSTALLERS.
