Meghan T. , a rep from NetBiz has been my rep for the 6 months that I have been with NetBiz. I have done Facebook and Google advertising based upon her recommendations. My fan page has increased by about 1600 fans! The Google advertising brings new clients to my office on a daily basis! Meghan and her colleagues, Mark and Kent, have also provided invaluable help with my various websites. They have spent extensive time and effort teaching me Website/Internet Best Practices including Key Word Optimization as well as a load of other SEO (search engine optimization) facts. Without this information, which I didn't know that I didn't know... meaning I thought I was instituting best practices stuff into my web sites when some of the stuff I was doing was actually lowering my rankings.... Fact of it all is that without their help, I was actually wasting a lot of money, time and effort! Frankly, this testimonial is totally unsolicited by Meghan and her crew and I am absolutely and unequivocally appalled by the comments below. Moreover, I can thoroughly state that my experience has been totally opposite of ED B's and YES as opposed to what Ed B and KD say, NetBiz is an affiliate partner of Google! It seriously sounds to me like a bunch of disgruntled business owners projecting their financial demise on to NetBiz. Melissa, KD and Ed, Y'all should be ashamed, but Sam V's comment could not be more of a lie and totally atrocious! First of all. Impressions don't equal clicks, but they do plant seeds and significantly increase traffic to your website. If you have a high bounce rate, you can't blame NetBiz, because you either have poor content on your website or your product is weak! Furthermore, you can't get anything from Google for .75-$1 per click unless you have no one searching the keywords that you wish to rank for! My Google Ads have always averaged 1.7 in position, which means in the first or second position! I reiterate that you can't get anything from Google for .75-$1 per click unless you have no competition for those KWs and ony an extremely few people are searching for them, which lowers your significance and relevance to Google and, hence, the ranking of your ads, WHICH IS WHY NO ONE SAW THEM! Google, like anyone else if not more so, is all about money, if you want to rank you have to have relevance and significance and interest and Oh Ya you have to pay for it! Shame on you Sam V. Sam, Melissa, KD, and Ed have you ever heard that lieing is a sin and what goes around, comes around, and if you have nothing nice to say than cierra la boca! My experience with NetBiz has been OVER THE TOP and they have always done more for my company than I have asked of them! I honestly, and most sincerely give my highest recommendation to the staff of NetBiz and the quality of advice and their product, which feeds my business and provides me a substantial ROI on a monthly basis! read more

They pulled a bait and switch on my 97 year old grandfather. They claimed to be Google. A fraud investigation is underway. I'm also filing a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's office. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Matthew D. from Netbiz sent a me message through Yelp: "I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with NetbIz. Will you please elaborate on what took place so we can remedy the situation?" Well Matthew, It would seem that your company engages in misleading (and dare I say, fraudulent) sales and billing practices. Our experience with Netbiz was shockingly similar to the other Yelp reviewers. A cursory search on Google for Netbiz reveals complaint after complaint about your company. You should also know that among the related search terms for "Netbiz" on Google are "Netbiz Complaints" and "Netbiz Scams". The Oregon Better Business Bureau has 28 complaints filed against you, 17 of which are "advertising/sales issues". To remedy this situation I would suggest your sales people stop misrepresenting themselves as Google (or other large internet companies) and reveal the actual price of the services. My grandfather was promised an ad campaign for "pennies a month" but was in fact charged $280 per month on a reoccurring basis. When he asked for a refund he was denied. When he asked to have the service canceled he was also denied. Eventually he had to cancel his credit card and file a fraud complaint with the bank. Even now he's still receiving several calls a day from your company. Since this seems to be a reoccurring pattern, a complaint was also filed with Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection Department and the Better Business Bureau in hopes that your company won't take advantage of others in the future. I hope this clarifies things. read more

NetBiz did and continues to do exactly what they promised they would do from the first phone call. Our company URL is #1 or #2 first page in Google every month on every keyword we have purchased without fail. The original salesmen were super nice, the account rep we have is the best. He is one of the reasons we have stayed with this company for so long. When we tried to buy sponsored spots on our own, the cost per click was so high the budget was blown with in a few days. With Netbiz we are #1 or #2 first page all month long for the price quoted no matter how many clicks, in an extremely competitive business. Our original url hosting was unexpectedly taken down and NetBiz had all the coding back up on another url with in hours. Our account rep has given me extra ideas to help and always informs us of new items they are offering. We don't always do all the new things they have to offer, but we have never been treated anyway but with complete respect. Maybe someday we will not be so killer busy from what they are already doing and need to add more. For now our small company and employees are very happy and very busy. The added sales from the site since we have been working with NetBiz, have paid for the NetBiz advertising far beyond the monthly cost month after month. It has been our best Internet advertising investment since we made our first web site in 1997. Anyone reading this that would like to call us to ask about our experience with Netbiz please call. We are a customer and not afiliated in anyway to NetBiz as a business or to it's employees. Professional Marketing Group Inc. 1-800-227-3769 read more

I have been working with the NetBiz team of professionals for the last two years. I have found their services consistently to be of a very high caliber. Their sales, marketing and technical staff have been readily available, always patient, and informative beyond my highest expectations. Prior to working with NetBiz my familiarity with the mechanics of social media marketing and its relevance to my business was superficial at best.. Kelly Carlisle reached out to me as a prospective client. She was always pleasant, patient and willing to answer my unending list of questions. She never applied any pressure on me to sign up as a client. Paul Smith helped me envision, format and implement a website that I was and continue to be proud of. Eric Kammer is a person I cannot say enough good things about! He has been instrumental in my bringing my use of social media to a point which surprises me to no end. He has patiently and with a wonderful sense of humor answered my every question, each and every time I needed to present it in an effort to synthesize all that I am learning. His technical expertise, ability to be forward thinking, and delightful personality sets him in a league of his own. If you are interested in expanding your business or want to establish a professional and well-situated internet presence, this is certainly the company to hire! Furthermore, they are willing to learn from their clients how to strengthen and improve their products. This is a refreshing quality in a time when too many people and companies think that they themselves have the answer and their way is THE way that works. read more

It would seem none of the previous posts are actual customers of Netbiz. I for one am an actual customer of Netbiz and their services and a happy one at that. Throughout my dealings with Netbiz I have found that my personal account manager Eric Kammer has gone above and beyond to help my website in all aspects. From SEO to a liaison with the tech department. Eric Kammer and the Netbiz team are always prompt with their responses, quick to make changes that I ask of them, and Eric is always giving me great recommendations on how to improve. Eric and the Netbiz team are always making sure my needs are met in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend to everyone the services of Netbiz regardless of what has/will be posted in forums such as these. read more

I recently decided to have Netbiz review my Adwords account to see if the other company I was working with was missing anything. It was clear to me after I received my free evaluation that I needed to give Netbiz a chance to work with my campaign and implement their recommendations. Meghan, Bryan, Tim, and the entire account management team are great to work with. I now have the personal attention I was missing and most importantly my CTR is up, my conversions are up, and I am on my way to making a better return. I am very glad I took advantage of the evaluation and let them take over my online marketing. -Michelle B. Baltimore, Maryland read more

Our business has been working with NetBiz for several years and overall our experience has been very positive and productive. We often seek out individual attention and additional details regarding how their online marketing services are helping our business grow, both short and long term, and they consistently make themselves available. We recently began using their Local Search Synchronization dashboard, and it has been very helpful and user-friendly. Bryan Butler has been especially helpful in assisting me in my new role as our social media manager. We look forward to working with NetBiz to continue improving our online presence and reach. read more

Last year I was looking desperately for a way to market my products: organic garden supplies. I had a website and a Facebook page that were going nowhere. I got a call from a representative from Netbiz.com, describing the benefits I would get from advertising on Facebook. I had an ad on Facebook somewhere which I could not find and that was not getting any hits. I decided to let an expert give it a shot. Within a few days I started to see results. The number of my followers went from 19 to 2040 within 3 months. People started checking the like button and making comments. I am very pleased with the work that Netbiz did for me. read more

I have been with NetBiz for almost 3 1/2 years. During that time I have watched the company hold on to the values it stands for, even when the economy was tanking out and it would have been easy for values to take a back seat. None the less, NetBiz has worked very diligently to maintain its reputation with top notch customer service, relationship building with clients, prospective clients and the employee base; while exploring new products and maintaining a company that is trustworthy and operates with a high degree of integrity. read more

This company will lie and tell you anything to get your money. Their employee Julie Brostrom has been telling people that I am a customer and that they are responsible for getting me to the #1 spot on Google. This is a LIE, I have never once worked with them!! I got myself to #1 on Google by myself, and I would never advocate working with any SEO company - they are almost all scam artists, although NetBiz is clearly one of the worst. DO NOT believe a word these people say. It is all lies!!! read more

I started working with Netbiz in early 2009 doing google adwords placement. Brian worked very closely with my campaign to make sure it performed up to my standards. Later I did some videos and SEO to help my site rank organically on google which worked great. They kept every promise and I am still showing up on almost every Chicago Limo search.
