The company I manage has recently started working with Regnal Media. They are placing tablets in local restaurants and were lucky enough to secure an exclusive listing in our category. The program itself is exciting and I've recently had the pleasure of working with their graphic designer Nate Kudlich. He was prompt to respond to all of my emails and took all of my ideas and combined them with his own personal touch and came up with a beautiful advertisement design. Too bad zero stars is not an option. Contacted in January 2017 for tablet advertising in a restaurant in my community. Ended up reserving and paying for $1,000 worth of advertising for tablets to go live in 3 months. 90 days later, nothing. Contacted them in March, April, May, June, July, August... always given an excuse. Needed more advertisers, tablets delayed, going to launch even without enough advertisers... Eventually they stopped responding to my calls and emails entirely as I guess they ran out of excuses. In November I told them that was IT and demanded a refund before I took it further. Surprise! I got a response that my check was being mailed and to confirm the address. Three weeks later and we're back to not responding to my calls or emails and no refund. I wouldn't even TRUST a refund check from this company at this point and will be seeking a refund via certified funds or PayPal transfer. Filed a BBB complaint and will be investigating a small court claim as well. Seems there could even be enough people scammed to put together a class action lawsuit at this point. This company needs to be shut down based on all of the scam stories that started popping up... sadly about 3 months AFTER I got suckered. read more

This place scammed the nonprofit I volunteer for. They did not install the tablets nor did they refund their money. Their ad was to be in two locations locally. They took money from disabled people having multiple miscarriages, strokes and heart attacks at a young age. I will be filing a complaint with my attorney general. read more

Please contact the Washington State FBI if you are ripped off by this company. They have a file and are watching them and their members. Regnal Media sold five of us "exclusive" ad space in the same restaurants. Once we all found out we were scammed, we contacted Regnal as a group. We also read all of the reviews online and realized we are just a few of the many who have had nightmare experiences with Regnal. It was an absolute horror getting our money back. Craig Atkins III is a pro at this. The only reason I got mine back is that I published a website with all of our emails, verifying Regnal's practices. The Arizona Attorney General's office, the Washington State FBI and of course the Better Business Bureau have files and long lists of complaints. If you read their BBB reviews, someone recently was awarded a judgement against Regnal Media. I hope you are reading this before you give them any money. read more

Very disappointed with the result. We purchased our ad in October 2016. The tablets did not arrive at the restaurant until April 2017, which since we are in a resort with a winter high season meant that we missed our biggest opportunity for exposure. More importantly, we were sold the ad on the basis that only one real estate company would be in each restaurant. Our real estate office is in the same resort as the restaurant where we purchased. When we went in to see the final result, we discovered that SEVEN other real estate agents were also on the tablet. We would not have made this ad purchase except that it appeared to be a smart move for our market. Five of the seven agents are not even competitors in the resort, which means our ad is completely lost in the noise. read more

Yuck... I truly wish we would have read the reviews on here before choosing to advertise with this company. First let me explain that Emily was really nice, until she wasn't. She was excessively pushy with my Assistant Manager. I get the sales need to be made, but NOT with being rude or pushing and pushing. In addition, we had another pushy sales guy follow up with a phone call only a few days after we decided to go with this company. He ignored my request for a follow up phone call 5 days later, but instead proceeded to call the next day to try and close a deal to get even more money with us. I was so irate that I called the business and asked to speak with a manager because I was so mad that this person was so rude; I was ready to cancel until the manager got on the line - trying to push an additional year of advertising on us (no additional cost) and promised the owner / CEO would follow up with a phone call on the upcoming Tuesday. Big surprise that the "owner" never followed up with a phone call. We decided to speak with the restaurant that our advertisement was suppose to be placed in - to which the manager told us they decided not to go with this company. Regnal NEVER contacted us to tell us that Tablas canceled their agreement. I proceeded to reach out to Emily and the owner of the company; allowing them a few hours to return my call and explain why they were trying to swindle money from us. Again, they never called back. So we contacted our credit card company and explained to them what happened. They refunded the fees that we paid, and will be going after this company and I will also be reporting this company to the BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! read more

I have not received the service, nor have I received the refund they've been promising me for 5 months. They never have answers to problems and don't deliver on their contractual obligations. I just contacted my credit card company for a refund. We were told in October 2017 that the tablets would be in the restaurants by January 2018. On February 5th I called Craig and he said that they had been in the venue for 1-2 weeks. I figured great! Trusted his word. Today, February 18, 2018 I went to one of the two venues and talked with the manager. She knows about the plan, but said she still has not received them. It is one thing to be late, it is another to be lied to. My credit card company gave me a credit for the $1390 in fraudulent practices of this business. Buyer beware! read more

All of the five star reviews were people who have entered into a contest for free advertising. All the one star reviews are people who've actually tried to use their services and gotten scammed. They will never produce the advertising they are offering. They do not have any relationships with any of the restaurants they say they do. Do not take my word for it. I am absolutely outraged. I paid for advertising over a year ago and the tablets never released. I have been in contact with them for over a month about getting my money back and gave yet to see a dime of it. At first it was "we will release a check tomorrow" I waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived. I called again "oh they released the check last Friday" and again I waited. I called yesterday, another 2 weeks after, and was notified the owner himself would paypal what was owed and I would be contacted. Midday, still nothing, I emailed them, no response. You guys are really disgusting. Maybe you made a mistake and didn't realize what you had got yourself into or maybe you were too interested in getting business and cashflow and not properly setup to deliver your products as you stated but whatever the reason, you should be attempting to rectify it. Otherwise you are just stealing money from people. I don't know how you can sit with that on your conscience. Figure out a way to refund all these people complaining because of your lack of service. In my particular instance, Regnal Media was supposed to setup tablets in Scuttlebutt Brewing in Everett, WA nearly a year ago. I have been patiently waiting to see these tablets come up and they never did. I called Regnal Media and they said, "well they have the tablets and it isn't our fault they aren't setting them up". I asked if I could be refunded because they haven't been setup and they refused. At this point I figured maybe it was Scuttlebutt's fault so I went to the restaurant and talked to the manager. They specifically stated in their contract that 1. They could choose which ads are on the tablets and 2. That none of the ads would be unsuitable for families. The tablets came with multiple recreational marijuana stores as ads so Scuttlebutt refused to put them up. They were supposed to receive boxes to send the tablets back to have the issue resolved but Regnal Media never followed through. I'm sure these guys have already ditched this company and moved onto their next scam. Good for you guys. Way to make money by ripping people off. WARNING! This is a scam. We signed up for a banner ad on restaurant tablets in November 2016. The banner was not posted until January 2017 after a multitude of emails and phone calls to the company. In October 2017 the restaurant hosting the tablets have not been using the tablets for a couple of months, since they have not received the payment promised by Regnal Media. Lesson learned, I should have never bought advertising with them until I read all of these negative reviews. I have had the exact same experience with them as many here mention, delayed tablets for many months, tablets not in use, rude receptionist and sales person. When I said I was going to let others know of their unprofessionalism so they too didn't buy advertising that didn't deliver as promised was told "Oh I was going to refund your money but not now that you made that threat". A rep by the name of Stefan from Regnal Media called my office today about possible advertising on a media program they are running in a local bar & grill. While the program they are working on didn't quite fit what we are looking to do at this time, Stefan did an outstanding job of communicating the benefits to me, as well as giving me different options & scenarios for future consideration. Although I decided to not advertise using Regnal Media now, we will definitely revisit this after our busy season heading into the summer for next fall / winter marketing planning. read more

At the start when we first spoke, they were very responsive. (Of course, its what you do when you want money) When I was speaking on the phone with a sales rep they told me that I would be advertised on several tablets for 30 seconds before it switches to another Ad and that I would get thousands of views. I was told the tablets would be displayed on all tables at a local restaurant in my community, a really popular one too. Its called Los Andes and its located in Providence, RI. When I went there this promise was not met....in fact there was only ONE tablet....out of view, at the bar. Do not do business with these people, they over promise and under deliver. However, his genuine kindness and assuring me he wasn't inconveniencing me on the phone won me over. They answered the phone 1 time and gave me even MORE empty promises that the ads were coming soon. I have called more than a dozen times with no returned calls, I have sent MULTIPLE emails with no response, and still 9 months later all of the businesses that were to have the tablets I was trying to advertise on don't have the tablets.
