I have a one year old that needs to nap and what let him bake his ass off in there yeah ok idiot it was 35 degrees outside. The house has a/c only upstairs not down(it got hot down there) this isn't mentioned in the Airbnb ad so that's false advertising there. Meetings are well planned, organized and flow with the agenda without being sidetracked. Council appreciates the work she does for and with us.

At that point it was just just name recognition and it was not until years later when we decided to move to Kelowna that we reached out to his team for their services. Admittedly, I came into things with a negative bias towards real estate agents, having dealt with some realtors that didn't serve much more than role of tour guide/ key holder/ open house attendant. Not the case here. The team at Vantage consistently delivered valuable insights and their professional advice on how to make a good investment In the market gave us confidence that we were making a well-informed decision. I'd recommend calling them first if you're looking to get a handle on the Local real estate market trends and their insights to make a good investment.
