I went to Rangeview high school and graduated from there almost 30 years ago now. Let me tell you,…read more that school was trash then and I can say it's trash now. The teachers couldn't have cared less about you as a student or person. Not to mention a certain gym teacher there that acted inappropriateky around myself and made some highly inappropriate comments to me. I was too afraid and embarrassed to speak up. And don't get me started on the athletic programs when I was there. They talk about eligibility requirements for sports, but if you are a star athlete or going for a state title, that doesn't matter. My experience there among other things in my life made me glad that I never had children because I wouldn't want them to go through what I went through there. I said what I said.

When my son was asked to join AVID I had no clue what it was. I walked into the office and asked the front desk person about it, within 30 seconds I was whisked away in to the office of the Vice Principle who spent almost 45 minutes of unscheduled time with me, explaining and answering questions. My kids attended from 2013-2015 (daughter) and 2014-2016 (son).

Some of the teachers are really kind, but some of them are also mean I understand it's normal but why would you let a school predator in your school? This is utter disgusting. Number three food the food, utterly just the same thing pizza and chicken sandwich that's probably from Dollar tree. Number four the choir teacher she looks pretty sweet at first, but once you enter her room, there's no way out. You have to keep singing and keep singing, making sure everything's perfect one mistake can get you trouble.

Mrachek I've noticed also use their website via parent/student portal for what assignments are due and what's past due, but I don't feel like it's always updated especially which assignments are going to become due. I did find it is a little hard to see what assignments my children are going to have due. I do wish that they would implement mandatory handwritten agendas for students to fill in, in every class, every day, even if they don't have anything.

The teachers are exceptionally dedicated and the academic preparation is top-tier. The accelerated math and focus on research/writing gave my daughter a huge advantage in her current IB high school program. While there are no formal sports or band, they had a strong musical program, and the kids stay active in competitive sports outside of school. It's a special community that I highly recommend, especially if you are concerned your child will be bored at the neighborhood school."

"Immersion" happens twice a year, and involves a few days of "deep diving" into non-traditional subjects to accommodate the way gifted children tend to learn. The topics change each time, so there is a wide berth of opportunities. The take-home workload often matches the pace of the classrooms, and parent/adult involvement is important to the overall success of children as they grow and evolve. Our family has had a fantastic experience here.

Most of my teachers at my time at Prairie were pretty relatable and I could get along with. But there were some teachers (probably 5-6 teachers) that didn't give a shit and didn't like their job. The food variety at these schools are ass, like can you at least put some different options and not put the same thing every day. Either way, I had a great time at Prairie, and hope it will improve in the future.

My daughter went here for preschool during my ex wife's parenting time. I visited my daughter…read moremaybe 2 or 3 times total and for two of those times I brought donuts for the entire staff. I had a custody case in which one of their teachers was interviewed. This teacher, Zanaya Garrett Piazza made the following statements about me to the Child Family Investigator Amy Peterson (who was also very biased against me): "[Father] was totally opposite -- standoffish and brash, our rule is if you come in, introduce yourself to the children (they're trying to teach stranger danger). He did not let anyone know he was coming and then it was a little wierd for [daughter] . She would be active, super happy, and playful, then her dad would come in and bring doughnuts for Inaya to pick from but not anyone else". First off I brought donuts for the entire staff- NOT the kids. If you are teaching stranger danger to kids, the first rule is not taking candy from strangers. I am a very friendly person, thats one quality everyone who meets me says about me. This is a total fabrication and a slander against me. "Then he started sitting outside the gate, parking nearby, walking up to the school and staring. It gave some people anxiety because if someone didn't know he was a student's dad, they would have been concerned. Shortly after that she hired a para and she knew his native tongue, and he flirted with her in front of the students. She had asked that he only go to La Petite on days that he would pick up or drop off [daughter]. He became rude and did not care." NONE of this happened. The basic proof here is that I never dropped my daughter to this pre-school or picked her from there because she was not enrolled on my parenting time! She was enrolled at Crescent View Academy-- a much better school. "He would ask [daughter] "oh you're going with mommy's friend? Who is mommy's friend? She has worked with children a while and you can tell by the child's body language -- they shift away when a parent asks them about another parent. She would look at her like ' can you help me Ms. Z.? Ms. Z would try to engage her to come along but she was on his lap and he put pressure on her lap so she couldn't get up" I mean what telenovela is this? Was I having all these convos with a 3.5 year old child in front of the teacher? "At first she wass really excited to be at school and hang out with her peers, and then when she started going back and forth she filt like the confusion kicked in. And I know in their culture you're supposed to take a water cup to the bathroom. But at La Petite Academy they support them going to the bathroom whenver they need to. Father wanted to make sure [daughter] did that--but she had 30 other kids. And [daughter] was too young to know about their cultural beliefs and to know that she needed to bring a water bottle to the bathroom when it caused problems with the other kids." This is the real reason this bigot lied. she is a racist. And she has helped my rights to my own child get stolen from me based on these disgusting lies. Avoid this business at all costs, especially if you are a minority and a Muslim. Ms. Z herself is black, I do not understand where this bigotry comes from. This place should be out of business. The blatant lies told about me can be told about YOU and it can destroy your life. Especially if you are in the large Muslim community here, please avoid this place they are very Islamophobic.
