When I went in a couple of weeks later they were silver not beige, so they sent them back. After 2+ months I've never received the correct color. They have sent them back at least 4 times because either they aren't communicating the correct color to the manufacturer or the manufacturer can't read the Rx correctly. A phone call to the Mfg should have taken care of the issue. As of June 13 I have no hearing aids & no refund, which will take few weeks and I'll need to find a new provider to start the process all over.

FANTASTIC!! I flew…read moreinto the Spokane airport from the East Coast and found one of my hearing aids was NOT working! We had just flown in to spend a couple of days in Sandpoint and Glacier NP. I found address info online and showed up at the Miracle Ear office without an appointment or so much as a phone call. The receptionist Catherine greeted me graciously and asked how she could help me. I explained my problem and she took both my hearing aids away. When she returned in just a few minutes she had thoroughly cleaned both instruments and replaced the small rubber cups that fit in the ears. And most importantly they were BOTH working better than they had in weeks. (OK, I admit they were overdue for that cleaning!) Catherine saved our getaway to the beautiful Northwest! I have always been impressed with the staff and service recieved from Miracle Ear and my experience in Spokane was up to any expectation. Thank you, Catherine. You represented the company very well.

The seating area was comfortable and the receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were running late to the appointment because of traffic and I was worried they'd make us reschedule for being more than 10 minutes late, but they worked us right in and we were able to see the doctor that day. The doctor answered my husband's questions and gave him several different options. She even walked us through the potential costs with our current deductible and recommended we wait on treatment to save money. That's never happened before!
