I was seated immediately and they started my pedicure. They are sanitary- the bowls are lined and they wear gloves. They either speak English or they don't but there's always at least one English speaking person in the salon. I have not noticed them talking across the room in their language which tends to make me uncomfortable. I love the results and would recommend this salon.

By Wednesday morning one nail already had a spot where the polish had come off. I was out of town for the holiday and in the course of those few days six of my nails had the top coat literally peeling off, so I went there today to have them fix my nails, and the two men at the front desk said it would be taken care of, but when I was seated the manicurist said they only guarantee the gel nails for 3 days so I would have to pay to have them repaired with new nail polish! I have had gel manicures for a decade and have NEVER had this happen and for the salon to not be willing to fix the problem with a totally lame guarantee is poor customer service at best!!
