I was asked to take my vehicle unfinished as a courtesy because of the lateness of the day. A key fob was not working properly (it was not programmed properly at this shop). Yelp is helping companies like this scam by not posting these reviews.!!! First transmission lasted…read moreabout a month $2500 lost! Second transmission lasted not even a month! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!

The good, the bad, and the fixable. **if you are selling,…read morethey don't take POAs.** Buckle up, this will be a long one. By the end of it you might think I should have given a lower rating. Well. The good was just that good. The GOOD: Jenni. Saleswoman that greeted me when my appointment was running late. She got me started on selling my car. Pictures. Information. All the technical stuff. Here is how she became the star of her dealership. Even though I wasn't here job, she freely made time for me. Small talk. Shared tales of past car buys. How she had come to Mazda. Customers she had sold to, waiting for oil changes, came up to her to catch up. Wish her well. If I need a vehicle in NC, I'd buy from her. Ladies. Tired of being treated a certain way when buying a car. You've got an advocate in Jenni. Everyone else- she's a straight shooter. The BAD: called the night before and talked to Jordan. Told him my situation and said it would be a POA sale about 5 times on a 4 min call. Asked how early I could bring it in for an appraisal the following morning and he said 0900. Ask for Rob or Jordan. I showed up at 0855. Sat with Jenni for an hour. Rob was in a scheduled begging of the month managers meeting. (No sign of Jordan) So I was scheduled to come in when a meeting was already in place. Then. Rob picked up all the information Jenni had gathered and left to another office. 20 mins later he was back, where he then introduced himself. He stated that they [dealership] doesn't accept Power of Attorney buys. He was so sorry. And by the way they wouldn't have been able to match an offer I had come in with from another car buying source. They were 2k lower. Jenni said she was sorry for not knowing about the POA. WASTE of 3 hours. The Fixable: Train everyone in the building that you don't take POAs. Have no issue with you having a policy. Just better training. Second. Train people to take better appointments. I may not be in a hurry or have a full schedule, but some customers might not enjoy waiting an hour.
