I've been bringing my vehicles to them for years, and I've never had a single bad experience. From their honesty and clear communication to the entire repair process, everything is top-notch. Unfortunately, some mechanics take advantage of women, assuming we don't understand car issues. But Ryan is different. I like to have at least a basic idea of what's going on, and he always breaks things down in a way that makes sense. As a single mom, I truly appreciate the trust, respect, and support I get from Ryan and his team. I couldn't recommend them more!

A week later, my check engine light came on. I returned they said they fixed it. Two weeks later AGAIN I returned and the shop said they identified a coolant leak but never fully explained the issue or its risks. Without informing me, they injected a stop leak additive into the engine. This was never mentioned before. They told me to sell my car when it's working ok. I ultimately had to take my car to a certified Honda dealership, who confirmed that the stop leak had spread through the entire engine system and caused over $7,000 in damage, making the car unsafe to drive. I was forced to sell my car because repairing it was no longer worth the cost. Despite providing documentation and attempting to resolve the matter professionally including sending diagnosis reports the shop denied responsibility and blamed "pre-existing conditions," which were never mentioned or documented before their repairs as they serviced my car for years. They also admitted to not having me sign any invoice before applying the additive, only creating one after the fact.
