Unable to pick up the phone! Called five times throughout the day to make zip-line arrangements and left three messages. All calls went to voicemail and never received a callback. If they can't do something basic like answer calls, how safe are their zip-lines? read more

Not only have we been ignored and overcharged by the ski school, we have lost two days of skiing, and a loss of two days in the condo. I personally am unable to ski because I do not have a usable credit card thanks to you and according to the ski school, your complete mess up with the confirmation numbers. These are businesses that your company recommended. We were scheduled to arrive on 12.23.22 and didn't get in until the morning of December 26th. Reached out with email and 24 hrs before the end of the sale I book lodging on my own. He reached back out like why didn't we call him... we should not have to chase our travel agent. I said my apologies I understand it may not be worth your time to help us anymore. He said sure I can get lifts and gear etc. I said wonderful. After a week of back and forth we agreed on a schedule. I later asked maybe see if we can get car included. Told him we may or may not get it we just want to see pricing. he quoted for that. Later we found out that we could get free car with point so wanted to proceed. He literally calls use after he had already taken our cc number "before we asked about car" and told us we should figure out ourselves. This is 2 days before Sept 2 when Florida is about to get hit with a major hurricane. I could have made arrangements elsewhere in advance and taken my time. Now i have to figure out how to do all on my own while putting hurricane shutters very inconsiderate. I was excited to find a vacation planner that could do it all even if for the years to come. But I will never use this company again. Instead of being upfront he wasted my time and too my credit card information. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Very disappointing .

We went out to Eleven Mile Reservoir which was beyond beautiful. Then I just called their office for another great spot to visit and was directed to Pikes National Forest Eleven Mile Canyon. There is an access road by the facility but not too busy. They are right across the street from a river rafting company and a zip line spot and a running river. It is not a dangerous campground like the negative reviewer states. Showers are clean and really nice. Clean restrooms and the store area is shaping up nicely. This place will be so cool once done. You do get interstate noise but nothing terrible, but expected as you are close to the interstate. The photo is of our tent spot #6. We will be back.

Whoever trimmed the beef prior to grinding left some of the white matter that was not chewable. We also had the fried calamari, and on this they were successful--not the best I ever had, but good. The second night we shared the baked salmon atop pearl couscous, which was excellent, and prepared the way all salmon should be served--medium rare. We added the butter lettuce salad that was exceptional with an essential ingredient that I can only describe as the chef's secret creation. It was crumbles of something sweet. I asked, but can't recall the answer. This second night made up for that lousy tartare from the first night.
