We bought our house 11 months ago, and got a home buyers warranty with the house. When we moved in, we had no heat, and it was 3 degrees outside! The warranty company sent over a HVAC company to fix the furnace. It was fixed but only temporarily. After 3 more HVAC companies came and went, the furnace would still intermittently stop working. I would wake up at 3 am to no heat, with 55 degrees inside. The companies all said different reasons why the furnace would go out: the furnace wasn't level, the pipes weren't installed to code, there were 2 thermostats conflicting each other...etc etc. etc! Funny thing, NONE of them brought any tools inside, or did any diagnostics! One company never even removed the cover off the furnace! We were at wit's end, and then the warranty company sent Colorado Climate Control! Jason came (with tools) and immediately diagnosed the problems. There were many. He replaced faulty switches, hoses, and pipes and correctly fixed the problem, once and for all! He repaired the furnace, unlike the other guys who told us we needed a new one, and quoted us between $4000 and $10,000! I think they were either too stupid to fix it, or just plain dishonest. But Jason from Colorado Climate Control was so professional, honest, efficient and smart! We recommend him 100% and will never use another company again! If you want the best, Colorado Climate Control is it!! read more
