Since it's pre-paid, you do have to choose your number of hours ahead of time -- I just bought all day ($10), so I don't know what happens if you come back late. When I returned, he came out of the van to meet me. This is a great location to pick up your luggage and walk through Union Station directly to the metro/bus/Amtrak loading zones. Altogether no fuss, simple service, nice guy. I'm glad they're there!

They have some sleekness like the Timbuk2 packs but with more ruggedness like Patagonia packs. My biggest gripe is the logo is a little chunky. Like many things, when something does break on your luggage you have to make a quick assessment about whether it's easier & cheaper to buy something new or get it fixed. If you just can't get rid of that bag that fits you so well, then A-1 is an excellent place to get a repair. I've taken bags to them twice now so figure they deserve a shout out. Both repairs have been quick, inexpensive (~20-25$), and lasting. The shop is located in a quiet strip mall with a few other local businesses and Sonoda's sushi (excellent place too by the way). They also do shoe repair and luggage sales, and the shopkeeper is quietly efficient. If you ever find yourself in need of any of those services I highly recommend this place.

We had been talking about crossbody purses and the unfortunate rise of crime with purse snatching. On the second level of Cherry Creek Shopping Center, this luxurious store carries all sizes of durable luggage, nice bags, and wallets. So happy to find the perfect crossbody that had my name written all over it :) Adrien was warm and welcoming. He took the time to show me a variety of beautiful products. He knew the prices of all the items I inquired about. And, he sold me the last crossbody purse on their shelf. I'm happy with my investment. It comes with a TUMI tracker, 5 year warrantee, and monogram. I skipped the gift box and wore it right away. The lovely female sales associate also commented on how she uses the crossbody when she travels. Grateful to have come across this store in the mall. Tristan showed me the bag and set it up on a table so I could look inside the bag. The weight at 6lbs is typical of other bags in the category. I'm not fond of the two sided packing because sometimes you don't have space to open the bag wide. But the zippers looked sturdy and the bag itself solid. Tristan was polite and helpful. When we asked Regina for support to see if he could try it on, she seemed resistant at first saying "she'd have to take it out the box". When I told her he was trying it on to see if it fits she expressed that "she knew that". Eventually she cheered up once she noticed we purchased the bracelet and was very warm ‍. Not sure why she was originally not pleasant but I hope her day cheers up! Overall, the sales were good and we saved money on a few items.

I found them on Samsonites website as an authorized repair shop. I gave them a call expecting the worst. Luckily they were super polite, friendly, and reassuring. I brought my bag in and they handled the warranty claim and got my bag fixed for free. Saved me $500 from having to buy a new one. Additional notes: my repair took about a month since they were waiting for parts, so be prepared. It's also pretty far (halfway to the airport from downtown Denver), but they do have places they can pick up your bag from.

Plenty of designs to choose from for outdoor packs and travel items. Their wide brimmed hat is a good design as it can fold in your luggage and keep the sun off your face. Cool store!
