Their rate was actually comparable to the others but I think what stood out for me was Nevada's approach when he came to our house. He later described it as being a straight shooter and that's actually right. There's no bull -- he does what he says. He's not going to pretend in any way and honestly he was super nice and he seemed to understand everything on my plate with getting a house ready. He suggested the paint color, brand and finish and gave me a rationale why. Other companies just deferred to me (which is nice) and suggested I go to a paint shop. Honestly, I just needed a hand with things -- Nevada recognized that and just got 'er done. But he wasn't pushy and I'm certain that if I had a specific color in mind, he would have proceeded with that color. In my case, I just appreciated the help. He and his colleague Omar re-arranged schedules to get the interior areas that were most visible, ready for an open-house.
