The process with Eric was incredibly smooth from start to finish and when I spoke to him prior to officially hiring him for the job, I could tell that we would be making the right decision if we decided to hire Flawless; and that turned out to be very, very true!! He was timely, very thorough, and consistently kept me informed throughout the project, which was truly appreciated. Eric was straightforward and honest, and his pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of work he delivered! He will absolutely be my go-to flooring professional for any future projects, and I would confidently recommend him to family, friends, or anyone in need of flooring work.
