I had the absolute BEST experience with Maddy. I did the Custom Color Analysis and Body Shape Analysis and have zero regrets. The colors are just a game changer. She tried on over 1,000 colors on me and I was blown away by the difference the right color makes. Up until that point I only wore black and some version of gray (both of which are NOT in my palette). Once she's finished, you'll have around 50-ish colors that make up your palette. You can take a picture of all of them on the day, then she'll mail you physical swatches you can shop with, which should arrive in about 2-3 weeks after your appointment. She also has makeup products on hand (that are also optional to purchase) and matches those to your palette. She gave me samples of all the products to apply myself, which was an easy, 10-minute process. Then she draped one of my colors over me, and that paired with the makeup -- I was blown away at the difference. The body shape analysis was also incredibly helpful. I've taken a zillion online quizzes to figure out my body shape and was never quite sure. This process tells you exactly and Maddy reviews different shapes that fit your shape. You'll also learn tips on proportioning your outfit and accessorizing. I brought a few outfits from home that I thought represented my daily wear and she helped me see how I could lean in to what I'm already drawn to, but in a more elevated, intentional way. I loved that approach because I didn't feel like I was being shoehorned into anything that wasn't realistic for me. I'm VERY excited to put all of this information into action.
