These sessions are not only physically therapeutic, but emotionally lifting as well. The salt therapy room was a cool experience and I loved that they had Bluetooth speakers inside the cubicle. I tried their whole body vibration machine today which was a wierd but cool experience. After a couple of minutes I tried a couple of the suggestive poses and became comfortable with the whole body vibration machine. The professional receptionist refers to you by name after asking what time is your appointment....so personal . Next, she leads you to a serene waiting area to complete the necessary consent forms and learn (at your leisure) about other services, diseases, natural cures, etc. Once the forms are complete the Technician comes in and chat with you briefly and show you were to change to prepare for your session. Once changed, you are positioned on the procedure device (i don't know the medical name) or table to relax and begin your session. During my session, I required a lot of massaging and an extended amount of time. I was not rushed one time, and actually ended the session myself because I had to leave.
